【摘要】：妊娠早期,出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重惡心嘔吐,頭暈厭食,甚則食入即吐者,稱為“妊娠惡阻”。妊娠惡阻并不等同于早孕反應(yīng)(nausea and vomiting of pergnancy,NVP),西醫(yī)學(xué)中的妊娠劇吐(hyperemesis gravidarum,HG)可屬本病范疇,據(jù)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)其發(fā)生率為0.35%~0.47%,多見于年輕初孕婦。妊娠惡阻反復(fù)發(fā)作的特點(diǎn)不僅不同程度的危害患者的身心健康,且嚴(yán)重者亦可影響到孩子的智力發(fā)育。本研究在中醫(yī)學(xué)理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)收集整理歷代中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn),從膳食療法角度出發(fā),探索其理論依據(jù),為臨床妊娠惡阻中醫(yī)食療提供理論依據(jù)。全文包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一部分:搜集整理關(guān)于妊娠惡阻中醫(yī)食療的文獻(xiàn),對(duì)古代及現(xiàn)代妊娠惡阻食療法應(yīng)用在臨床方面的歸納、整理、研究。第二部分:論述食療治療妊娠惡阻的臨床應(yīng)用,包括惡阻的食療原則,各類適宜食物總結(jié),探討膳食的功效及種類的選擇。第三部分:結(jié)合個(gè)人體質(zhì)、惡阻發(fā)展階段(惡阻重癥)、現(xiàn)代營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)方面,討論食療在妊娠惡阻中的應(yīng)用注意原則。
[Abstract]:Early pregnancy, severe nausea and vomiting, dizziness and anorexia, and even vomit, called "pregnancy obstruction." Hyperemesis gravidarum hyperemesis (hyperemesis gravidarum HG) in western medicine can be classified as this disease. According to the statistics, the incidence rate is 0.35% 0.47%, which is more common in young pregnant women. The characteristics of repeated episodes of pregnancy are not only harmful to the physical and mental health of the patients, but also to the intelligence development of the children. Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this study collected and sorted out the literature of Chinese medicine in the past dynasties and explored its theoretical basis from the point of view of dietary therapy, which provided the theoretical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for clinical pregnancy. The full text includes the following aspects: the first part: collect and sort out the literature about traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy of pregnancy evil obstruction, summarize, sort out and study the clinical application of ancient and modern pregnancy evil blocking food therapy. The second part discusses the clinical application of dietetic therapy in the treatment of adverse pregnancy obstruction, including the principle of dietetic therapy, the summary of all kinds of suitable foods, the effects of diet and the choice of kinds. The third part discusses the principle of attention in the application of diet therapy in pregnancy.
