【摘要】：多囊卵巢綜合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)主要以月經(jīng)不調(diào)、高雄激素血癥、肥胖、胰島素抵抗(IR)和血清黃體生成激素(LH)水平升高為臨床表現(xiàn)。中醫(yī)學(xué)將本病歸屬于“月經(jīng)后期”、“月經(jīng)量少”、“崩漏”、“閉經(jīng)”及“不孕”等范疇。導(dǎo)師王昕教授總結(jié)古今醫(yī)家臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)及通過不斷的臨床實(shí)踐,認(rèn)為PCOS的病因病機(jī)以脾腎兩虛為本,痰瘀互結(jié)為標(biāo),為本虛標(biāo)實(shí)之證。以自擬方“抑囊助孕湯”為基礎(chǔ)方,治以補(bǔ)腎健脾,祛痰化瘀,隨證加減用藥,同時(shí)重視日常生活方式的調(diào)理,必要時(shí)輔以西藥治療,以期提高療效、縮短療程,減少患者心理負(fù)擔(dān),臨床療效顯著。
[Abstract]:The main clinical manifestations of polycystic ovary syndrome (polycystic ovary syndrome) were irregular menstruation, hyperandrogenemia, obesity, insulin resistance (IR) and serum luteinizing hormone (LH). TCM ascribes the disease to "late menstruation", "less menstrual volume", "collapse", "amenorrhea" and "infertility" and so on. Professor Wang Xin summarized the clinical experience of ancient and modern doctors and through continuous clinical practice, thought that the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS is based on deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm and blood stasis is the standard, and is the syndrome of deficiency and deficiency. On the basis of the self-formulated prescription "Yiqiaozhu decoction", the treatment is based on tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen, dispelling phlegm and removing blood stasis, adding and decreasing the medicine with the syndrome, paying attention to the daily life style and, if necessary, adding western medicine to the treatment, in order to improve the curative effect and shorten the course of treatment. To reduce the psychological burden of patients, the clinical effect is remarkable.
