【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在采用針刀療法治療跗骨竇綜合征,觀(guān)察、分析、總結(jié)該治法對(duì)跗骨竇綜合征患者治療前后的療效評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù),以探究跗骨竇綜合征的發(fā)病機(jī)制,為針刀治療跗骨竇綜合征提供客觀(guān)、科學(xué)、真實(shí)的臨床觀(guān)察數(shù)據(jù),驗(yàn)證針刀治療跗骨竇綜合征的療效及可行性。方法:60例跗骨竇綜合征患者隨機(jī)分為2組,治療組30例,對(duì)照組30例。治療組采用針刀治療,每周一次,三次為一個(gè)療程。對(duì)照組采用局部封閉治療,療程同治療組。然后應(yīng)用視覺(jué)模擬疼痛評(píng)分(VAS)和美國(guó)足踝外科協(xié)會(huì)(AOFAS)踝-后足評(píng)分系統(tǒng)(AHS)進(jìn)行療效評(píng)定,記錄治療前患者兩項(xiàng)評(píng)定指標(biāo)評(píng)分,以及治療后三個(gè)月隨訪(fǎng)時(shí)的評(píng)分,然后根據(jù)療效評(píng)價(jià)采用Ridit分析,并用SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:治療組和對(duì)照組在治療前和治療后的VAS評(píng)分和AOFAS評(píng)分均具有顯著性差異,具體的療效評(píng)價(jià)通過(guò)Ridit分析,得出治療組和對(duì)照組的兩種治療方法存在顯著性差異,而從療效的優(yōu)良率來(lái)看治療組高于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:針刀療法和局部封閉治療對(duì)跗骨竇綜合征均有療效;針刀療法明顯優(yōu)于局部封閉療法;針刀療法治療跗骨竇綜合征療效確切,無(wú)明顯副作用,且具有較好的安全性,具有臨床推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to treat tarsal sinus syndrome with needle-knife therapy, and to observe, analyze and summarize the curative effect evaluation data of tarsal sinus syndrome before and after treatment, so as to explore the pathogenesis of tarsal sinus syndrome. To provide objective, scientific and true clinical observation data for the treatment of tarsal sinus syndrome with needle knife, and to verify the curative effect and feasibility of needle knife in treating tarsal sinus syndrome. Methods 60 patients with tarsal sinus syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with needle knife once a week, three times as a course of treatment. The control group was treated with local blocking and the course of treatment was the same as that of the treatment group. Visual analogue pain score (VAS) and (AOFAS) ankle-hind foot scoring system (AHS) were used to evaluate the efficacy. Then Ridit analysis was used to evaluate the curative effect and SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results: there were significant differences in VAS score and AOFAS score between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment. The specific evaluation of curative effect was analyzed by Ridit, and it was concluded that there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group. The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: both acupuncture knife therapy and local blocking therapy are effective for tarsal sinus syndrome, acupuncture therapy is superior to local blocking therapy, acupuncture therapy is effective in treating tarsal sinus syndrome with no obvious side effects, and has good safety. It has the value of clinical popularization.
