【摘要】：目的:觀察溫針灸結(jié)合耳聾1號治療老年腎精虧損型耳鳴的臨床療效,為治療老年耳鳴提供更多有效方法和手段。方法:根據(jù)中醫(yī)及西醫(yī)的診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取自2015年1月至2016年12月在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院耳鼻喉門診就診的,且符合入選條件的老年耳鳴患者70例(均為單耳發(fā)病),采取隨機配對、非盲對照法,將所選病例隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組35例。觀察組(針?biāo)幉⒂媒M)溫針灸治療期間配合口服中藥耳聾1號,對照組(中藥組)治療期間口服耳聾1號。以10天為一個療程,觀察三個療程,記錄結(jié)果并進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。所有數(shù)據(jù)分析均在SPSS17.0軟件中進行。結(jié)果:1.觀察組臨床治愈3例,顯效17例,有效3例,無效8例,總有效率77.14%;對照組的治愈1例,顯效9例,有效13例,無效12例,總有效率65.71%,經(jīng)Ridit分析,兩組總有效率有顯著差異,(P0.05),有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2.觀察組和對照組在治療10天后,經(jīng)檢驗,P0.05,即在治療10天后,觀察組藥物對各項癥狀體征范圍的改善均優(yōu)于對照組。3.對照組治療前和治療30天后比較,在用藥30天后,各項癥狀及體征積分,差值均服從正態(tài)分布,采用t檢驗。在治療30天后,觀察組藥物對耳鳴的改善優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:研究表明,溫針灸結(jié)合耳聾1號對于老年腎精虧損型耳鳴的療效確切,無論是老年腎精虧損耳鳴的治療療效還是治療前后總體療效,針?biāo)幉⒂媒M明顯優(yōu)于單純中藥組。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with deafness No. 1 in the treatment of senile tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type, and to provide more effective methods and means for the treatment of senile tinnitus. 70 cases of senile tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Observation group (combined acupuncture and medicine group) was treated with oral Chinese medicine deafness 1 during warm acupuncture, while control group (traditional Chinese medicine group) was treated with oral deafness 1 during 10 days. Results: 1. In the observation group, 3 cases were cured, 17 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 8 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 77.14%; in the control group, 1 case was cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 13 cases were effective, 12 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.71%. The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group (P After 30 days of treatment, the improvement of tinnitus in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with deafness No. 1 has a definite effect on senile renal essence deficiency tinnitus, whether it is the treatment effect of senile renal essence deficiency tinnitus or the overall effect before and after treatment. It is superior to the simple Chinese medicine group.
