【摘要】：目的:本研究通過對(duì)比壯醫(yī)針刺與中醫(yī)針刺治療不育癥的臨床治療效果,對(duì)壯醫(yī)針刺治療不育癥的臨床效果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)與評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)壯醫(yī)針刺治療本病的機(jī)理進(jìn)行闡述,為今后臨床運(yùn)用壯醫(yī)針刺療法治療不育癥提供方法與依據(jù)。方法:本臨床研究共納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例48例,并按隨機(jī)分配原則分為壯醫(yī)針刺組與中醫(yī)針刺組各24例,壯醫(yī)針刺組采用壯醫(yī)針刺療法進(jìn)行治療,取膝二環(huán)7穴(DXh2-7)、內(nèi)上樁(DNsz)、內(nèi)中樁(DNzz)、內(nèi)下樁(DNxz)、手背三環(huán)9穴(TSBh3-9)、手背三環(huán)10穴(TSBh3-10)(以上取穴均取雙側(cè))。中醫(yī)針刺組采用中醫(yī)針刺療法進(jìn)行治療,取氣海、關(guān)元、三陰交、腎俞、次毼、秩邊、足三里(除氣海、關(guān)元外,以上取穴均取雙側(cè))并隨證配穴。以上兩組針刺穴位得氣后均留針30min,每周治療3次,隔日1次,周日休息,1個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程,共治療3個(gè)療程。經(jīng)過3個(gè)療程的治療,觀察兩組患者治療前后精液常規(guī)及配偶妊娠情況來進(jìn)行療效評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)所得的數(shù)據(jù)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:本研究48例病例,共脫落1例,脫落患者因個(gè)人原因退出治療。經(jīng)過3個(gè)療程治療后,兩組病例的精液常規(guī)各個(gè)參數(shù)均有所提升。壯醫(yī)針刺組治愈5例,顯效9例,有效5例,無效5例,總有效率為79.17%;中醫(yī)針刺組治愈6例,顯效8例,有效5例,無效5例,總有效率78.26%,兩組臨床療效經(jīng)過秩和檢驗(yàn),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組的臨床療效相當(dāng)。壯醫(yī)針刺組治療后女方妊娠5例,妊娠率為20.83%;中醫(yī)針刺組治療后女方妊娠6例,妊娠率為26.08%,比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:壯醫(yī)針刺治療能有效提高精子密度,改善精子活率、精子活力及液化時(shí)間,其治療效果同中醫(yī)針刺相當(dāng)。作為祖國(guó)具有傳統(tǒng)民族特色的治療方法之一,其相對(duì)于中醫(yī)針刺目前在臨床上的認(rèn)知度及接受度仍較低,但其獨(dú)特的理論核心和操作方法也帶來了安全的、可靠地、明顯的臨床療效,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用,為男性不育癥的治療提供另一種方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test and evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture on sterility by comparing the clinical effect of acupuncture with that of traditional Chinese medicine, and to expound the mechanism of acupuncture in treating sterility. To provide the method and basis for the treatment of infertility with Zhuang doctor acupuncture therapy in the future. Methods: a total of 48 cases were included in this clinical study. According to the principle of random distribution, they were divided into two groups: the Zhuang doctor acupuncture group (24 cases) and the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group (24 cases). The Zhuang doctor acupuncture group was treated with Zhuang doctor acupuncture therapy. The second ring of the knee (DXh2-7), the (DNzz), of the upper post and the (DNzz), of the middle pile (TSBh3-9) and the 10 points of the dorsal third ring of the hand (TSBh3-10) were taken. Acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Qi Hai, Guan Yuan, Sanyinjiao, Shen Yu, Sui Pao, rank side, Zusanli (except Qihai, Guan Yuan, the above acupoints were all taken to both sides) and with the syndromes were assigned to each other. The above two groups were treated with acupuncture for 30 minutes, 3 times a week, once every other day, rest on Sunday, 1 month as a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. After three courses of treatment, two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment of semen routine and spouse pregnancy to evaluate the efficacy of the data obtained by SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: among 48 cases, 1 case dropped out of treatment for personal reasons. After three courses of treatment, the semen routine parameters of the two groups were improved. 5 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 79.17 in the acupuncture group, 6 cases were cured, 8 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 78.26% in TCM acupuncture group. The difference was not statistically significant (P0.05), the clinical efficacy of the two groups was the same. Zhuang medicine acupuncture group after treatment of women pregnancy in 5 cases, pregnancy rate was 20.83; traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group after treatment of 6 cases of pregnancy, pregnancy rate was 26.08, there was no statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture treatment of Zhuang doctor can effectively increase sperm density, improve sperm motility, sperm motility and liquefaction time, and its therapeutic effect is equivalent to that of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. As one of the treatment methods with traditional national characteristics in the motherland, its clinical recognition and acceptance is still relatively low compared with acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine, but its unique theoretical core and operation methods also bring safety and reliability. The obvious clinical curative effect is worth popularizing in the clinical application, provides another way for the treatment of male infertility.
