【摘要】：為探討腧穴概念原本內(nèi)涵,重點(diǎn)考察《內(nèi)經(jīng)》和出土醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn),并結(jié)合有關(guān)論著,從腧穴的早期稱謂與基本含義、“俞”的初步分析、腧穴概念內(nèi)涵等3個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。認(rèn)為,腧穴之歸經(jīng)、與氣的關(guān)系、為施治處,是其意義特性而非本質(zhì)特征。腧穴的本質(zhì)特征,應(yīng)是歷驗(yàn)的體表固定施治處,腧穴的規(guī)定性基于此。
[Abstract]:In order to discuss the original connotation of the concept of acupoints, this paper focuses on the study of the Internal Classic and the medical literature unearthed. Combined with the related works, the early appellation and basic meaning of acupoints, the preliminary analysis of "Yu" and the connotation of the concept of acupoints are studied. It is believed that the relationship between acupoint meridian and Qi is the characteristic of its meaning, not its essence. The essential characteristics of acupoints should be the fixed treatment points of the body surface of historical experience, and the prescriptions of acupoints are based on this.
