【摘要】：甲狀腺相關性眼病(TAO)是一種常見的眼眶病,主要癥狀有眼瞼退縮、結膜充血水腫、眼眶疼痛,眼球突出,眼瞼滯后或內陷,眼外肌受累引起的眼球運動障礙、復視、暴露性角膜炎和視神經受累等。TAO對于中西醫(yī)來說都是一種尚需進一步探索的疾病,筆者采用從風論治的思路,配合針灸,治療1例經外院激素治療效果不佳的TAO復視患者,效果滿意,或許可為TAO的治療提供新的辨證角度。
[Abstract]:Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy (TAO) is a common orbital disease. The main symptoms include eyelid retraction, conjunctival hyperemia, orbital pain, exophthalmos, eyelid lag or entrapment, ocular movement disorder caused by extraocular muscle involvement, and diplopia. Exposure keratitis, optic nerve involvement and so on. TAO is a disease that needs to be further explored for both traditional Chinese and western medicine. The author treated a patient with TAO diplopia who was treated by hormone from outside hospital with acupuncture and moxibustion. Satisfactory results may provide a new syndrome differentiation perspective for the treatment of TAO.
