【摘要】：目的探討中藥周期辨證療法對經(jīng)輔助生殖技術(shù)助孕失敗后擬再次行試管助孕的患者受孕結(jié)局的影響。方法將擬再次行試管助孕的患者120例隨機分為空白對照組(60例)和中藥治療組(60例)�？瞻讓φ战M采用單純輔助生殖技術(shù),中藥治療組在Gn前給予中藥治療3個月經(jīng)周期。最終入組者給予促性腺激素釋放激素激動劑長方案,對比兩組的試驗指標(biāo)。收集治療前后兩組的中醫(yī)證候評分,觀察治療前后兩組的腎虛肝郁血瘀證候的改善程度,然后將治療后兩組的HCG日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、獲卵數(shù)、受精卵數(shù)、受精率進行比較,最后統(tǒng)計兩組治療后的臨床妊娠率、早期流產(chǎn)率情況,將其進行對比。結(jié)果1.兩組相比較,治療前的各項指標(biāo)均無明顯差異(P0.05)。2.應(yīng)用中藥周期辨證療法治療后,比較兩組的HCG日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、受精卵數(shù)、受精率、臨床妊娠率,結(jié)果顯示中藥治療組明顯高于空白對照組,其統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異都有意義(P0.05);而對比兩組的早期流產(chǎn)率,中藥治療組則明顯低于空白對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.治療后,將兩組的中醫(yī)證候進行對比,其中醫(yī)證候評分及改善程度相比較都有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論本研究表明,中藥周期辨證療法可以增加經(jīng)輔助生殖技術(shù)助孕失敗后擬再次行試管助孕的患者的臨床妊娠率,使用早期流產(chǎn)率降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of Chinese traditional medicine (TCM) periodic syndrome differentiation therapy on the outcome of pregnancy after assisted reproductive technique failed. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into blank control group (60 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (60 cases). The blank control group was treated with simple assisted reproductive technique, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 3 menstrual cycles before Gn. Finally, gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist long-term regimen was given to the patients, and the test indexes were compared between the two groups. The TCM syndromes scores of the two groups were collected before and after treatment, and the improvement degree of the syndrome of kidney deficiency, liver stagnation and blood stasis was observed before and after treatment, and then the thickness of endometrium, the number of eggs obtained and the fertilization rate of the two groups were compared after the treatment. Finally, the clinical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Result 1. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P0.05). The thickness of endometrium, the number of fertilized eggs, fertilization rate and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups after the treatment of TCM periodic syndrome differentiation. The results showed that the treatment group was significantly higher than the blank control group. The statistical differences were significant (P0.05); compared with the early abortion rate of the two groups, the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly lower than the blank control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). 3. After treatment, the two groups of TCM syndromes were compared, the TCM syndromes score and the degree of improvement were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion this study shows that the Chinese medicine periodic syndrome differentiation therapy can increase the clinical pregnancy rate and reduce the early abortion rate of the patients who intend to use IVF after the assisted reproductive technology failed.
