【摘要】：目的通過對近15年來有關(guān)功能性消化不良的中醫(yī)文獻(xiàn)的研讀,整理出中醫(yī)治療功能性消化不良的相關(guān)方劑,對其中包含的藥物進(jìn)行分析,以求總結(jié)出功能性消化不良中醫(yī)治療的用藥特色,為當(dāng)前祖國醫(yī)學(xué)治療功能性消化不良提供一定的思路借鑒。方法1研讀文獻(xiàn),依照所制定的納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇文獻(xiàn);2根據(jù)所選文獻(xiàn),整理出文獻(xiàn)中所運(yùn)用的有效方劑;3將每首方劑中的中藥進(jìn)行頻次統(tǒng)計(jì),建立圖表數(shù)據(jù)庫;4運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,將藥物按照功能、四氣五味、歸經(jīng)進(jìn)行頻次分析,分析其藥物性味歸經(jīng)特點(diǎn),用聚類分析、探索因子分析藥物組合,發(fā)現(xiàn)其特點(diǎn),組成新的方劑。結(jié)果1所選文獻(xiàn)中共找出方劑111首,涉及中藥130味,其中高于平均頻次的藥物共40味,分別為黃芪、芍藥、甘草、生姜、大棗、柴胡、枳實(shí)、藿香、半夏、白術(shù)、茯苓、厚樸、陳皮、薏苡仁、豆蔻、烏藥、黃芩、澤瀉、黨參、黃連、蘇梗、丹參、沙參、延胡索、麥芽、山楂、神曲、香附、枳殼、木香、砂仁、郁金、佛手、山藥、梔子、當(dāng)歸、石菖蒲、萊菔子、干姜、人參。2上述藥物進(jìn)行功能、四氣五味、歸經(jīng)分析,藥物功能以疏肝理氣、健脾補(bǔ)虛、化濕和中類藥物為最多,四氣五味中溫(22)、寒(9)、平(7)性藥物和辛(21)、甘(15)、苦(19)類藥物居多。藥物歸經(jīng)中以脾經(jīng)(33)、胃經(jīng)(23)、肺經(jīng)(17)、心經(jīng)(10)、肝經(jīng)(9)為多。3通過探索性因子分析及聚類分析最終得到3個(gè)藥物的組方,分別是:F1:茯苓、白術(shù)、黨參、木香、生姜、大棗。F2:白芍、柴胡、枳殼、香附、陳皮。F3:黃芩、干姜、人參、半夏、甘草、枳實(shí)、黃連、砂仁、厚樸。結(jié)論1現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)治療功能性消化不良重視溫補(bǔ),注重從調(diào)節(jié)脾胃氣機(jī)升降著手用藥;2現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)治療功能性消化不良與古代中醫(yī)治療時(shí)側(cè)重“健脾補(bǔ)虛”的不同之處在于,更加注重疏肝理氣,解郁補(bǔ)虛類藥物的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the Chinese medicine literature on functional dyspepsia in recent 15 years, and to sort out the relevant prescriptions for the treatment of functional dyspepsia, and to analyze the drugs contained therein. In order to sum up the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia, for the current medical treatment of functional dyspepsia to provide some ideas for reference. Methods 1 study the literature, select the literature according to the standard of inclusion and exclusion. According to the selected literature, sort out the effective prescription used in the literature and make statistics on the frequency of the Chinese medicine in each prescription. A chart database was set up and statistical software was used to analyze the frequency of the medicine according to its function, four qi and five flavors, and to analyze the characteristic of its characteristic flavor and meridian. Cluster analysis was used to explore the combination of drugs by factor analysis, and its characteristics were found. Form a new prescription. Results 1A total of 111 prescriptions involving 130 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were found in the selected literature, 40 of which were above the average frequency. They were astragalus, paeoniflorin, liquorice, ginger, jujube, Bupleurum, Fructus Aurantii, patchouli, Pinellia ternata, Atractylodes macrocephalae, Poria cocos, and Magnolia officinalis. Chenpi, Coix seed, nutmeg, black medicine, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Alismatis, Codonopsis, Coptidis, Pulp, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Salviae, Rhizoma Corydalis, Malt, Hawthorn, Divine Comedy, Fraxinus, Fructus Aurantii, Amur, Tulip, Buddha's hand, yam, Gardenia, Angelica sinensis, Acorus calamus, semen Raphani, Rhizoma Raphani, Ginger, Ginseng .2 the above-mentioned drugs for function, four Qi five flavor, analysis of the meridian, drug function in soothing liver and regulating qi, invigorating spleen and tonifying deficiency, removing dampness and middle class drugs are the most. Most of the drugs were mild (22), cold (9), Ping (7) and Xin (21), Gan (15) and bitter (19). In the meridian of medicine, spleen meridian (33), stomach meridian (23), lung meridian (17), heart meridian (10), liver meridian (9) were used to obtain three drug formulations by exploratory factor analysis and cluster analysis. They were: Tuckahoe, Atractylodes macrocephala, Codonopsis pilosula, Amur, Ginger, Jujube. F2: Paeoniae Alba. Radix Bupleurum, Fructus Aurantii, Fructus Aurantii, Pericarpium F3: Scutellaria, Ginger, Ginseng, Pinellia ternata, liquorice, Fructus Aurantii, Coptis chinensis, Amomum, Magnolia officinalis. Conclusion (1) in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, modern Chinese medicine pays more attention to temperature supplement, and to regulating the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi. 2 the difference between modern Chinese medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia and that of ancient Chinese medicine is that it is different from that of "strengthening spleen and reinforcing deficiency". Pay more attention to soothing the liver and regulating qi, relieving depression and tonifying the use of drugs.
