【摘要】：目的證實(shí)益氣活血法在恢復(fù)急性腦卒中患者神經(jīng)功能方面的有效性。對(duì)比中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療與單純西醫(yī)療法在臨床結(jié)果方面的差異性。方法將新疆哈密地區(qū)中心醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科自2015年1月至2016年3月間收治的90例急性腦卒中(缺血性腦卒中,中醫(yī)辯證為氣虛血瘀者)按照入院先后順序隨機(jī)分為觀察組及對(duì)照組,每組各45例,其中對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予益氣活血中藥(補(bǔ)陽還五湯加減)治療,連續(xù)治療2周后,分析兩組患者的神經(jīng)功能缺損情況及臨床治療效果。結(jié)果治療結(jié)束后,觀察組神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分為(7.28±0.63),明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(10.59±±0.97),且差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組患者的生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分為(79.144±2.67),亦明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(68.42±4.58),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；觀察組患者的總體有效率為91.1%,明顯高于對(duì)照組(75.6%),差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論1.益氣活血法有利于保護(hù)和修復(fù)缺血性腦卒中患者的神經(jīng)功能；2.益氣活血法可有效改善臨床治療效果,提高患者的生活質(zhì)量。3.益氣活血中藥聯(lián)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療較單純西醫(yī)治療臨床效果更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to confirm the effectiveness of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation method in restoring neurological function in patients with acute stroke. Compare the difference of clinical results between traditional Chinese and western medicine combined therapy and simple western medicine therapy. Methods from January 2015 to March 2016, 90 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. There were 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (Buyang Huanwu decoction) on the basis of the control group. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, To analyze the condition of nerve function defect and the effect of clinical treatment in the two groups. Results after the treatment, the neurological deficit score of the observation group was (7.28 鹵0.63), which was significantly better than that of the control group (10.59 鹵0.97), and the difference was statistically significant, and the quality of life score of the observation group was (79.144 鹵2.67), which was significantly better than that of the control group (68.42 鹵4.58). The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.6%). Conclusion 1. Yiqi Huoxue method is beneficial to protect and repair the neurological function of ischemic stroke patients. Yiqi Huoxue method can effectively improve the effect of clinical treatment, improve the quality of life of patients. 3. The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is more obvious than that of western medicine alone.
