【摘要】：目的:通過腰部脊神經(jīng)后支的解剖觀察,探討腰部脊神經(jīng)后支分布與穴位的關(guān)系。方法:對5具尸體,進行腰部局部解剖,觀察腰部夾脊穴和背俞穴分布區(qū)域的豎脊肌和脊神經(jīng)后支的配布情況。結(jié)果:脊柱兩側(cè)分布著T_(12)、L_1、L_2、L_3和L_4脊神經(jīng)后支,其中脊神經(jīng)后支的內(nèi)側(cè)支走行在胸棘肌和胸最長肌之間,而脊神經(jīng)后支的外側(cè)支走行在胸最長肌和腰髂肋肌之間。結(jié)論:腰部的夾脊穴和背俞穴,與脊神經(jīng)后支密切相關(guān),尤其是與T_(12)、L_1、L_2、L_3、L_4脊神經(jīng)后支密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between the distribution of posterior branch of lumbar spinal nerve and acupoints through anatomical observation of posterior branch of lumbar spinal nerve. Methods: 5 cadavers were dissected to observe the distribution of vertical spinal muscle and posterior branch of spinal nerve. Results: there were T _ (12) L _ (1) L _ (1) and L _ (2) S _ L _ (2) S _ L _ 2 and L _ 4 posterior branch of the spinal nerve, in which the medial branch of the posterior branch of the spinal nerve was between the thoracic spine muscle and the thoracic longest muscle, and the lateral branch of the posterior branch of the spinal nerve was between the thoracic longest muscle and the lumboiliac muscle. Conclusion: the Jiaji point and the back Shu point in the waist are closely related to the posterior branch of the spinal nerve, especially to the posterior branch of the spinal nerve, especially to T _ (12) L _ (1) L _ (1) L _ (2) L _ (2) L _ (2) L _ (2) L _ (3) L _ (4).
