民族藥三角咪的SPME-GC-MS研究

【摘要】:采用固相微萃取技術(shù)(SPME)提取三角咪中的揮發(fā)性成分,利用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)技術(shù)對(duì)其揮發(fā)性化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行分離與分析.結(jié)果表明:從三角咪植株根、莖、葉中共分離鑒別出104種揮發(fā)性成分,根中分離鑒定出了40種,莖中分離鑒定出了50種,葉中分離鑒定出了60種,揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)含量分別為42.91%、71.11%和92.22%.其中三角咪各部位均含有的揮發(fā)性物質(zhì)有13種,三角咪植株中主要的成分有:水楊酸甲酯(17.04%)、(S)-4-甲基-3-乙基-1-戊醇(7.29%)、α-紫羅酮(3.72%)、14-甲基十五酸甲酯(2.90%)、alpha.-金合歡烯(2.39%)等.
[Abstract]:The volatile constituents were extracted by solid phase microextraction (SPME) and separated and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that 104 volatile components were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of the plants, 40 species were isolated from the roots, 50 species were isolated from the stems, 60 species were isolated from the leaves, and the contents of the volatile substances were 42.91% and 92.22%, respectively. Among them, 13 volatile substances were found in all parts of the plant. The main components in the plants were methyl salicylate (17.04%), (S) -4-methyl-3-ethyl-1-pentanol) (7.29%), 偽 -violarone (3.72%), methyl 14 methyl pentadecanoate (2.90%), alpha.-acacia (2.39%), and so on. The main components in the plants were methyl salicylate (17.04%), methyl 3-methyl-3-ethyl-1-pentanol (7.29%) and 偽 -viololone (3.72%).
