【摘要】：目的:探討缺血性中風(fēng)病中醫(yī)證候要素動(dòng)態(tài)變化與NIHSS評(píng)分之間的關(guān)系。方法:以379例缺血性中風(fēng)病臨床數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),在入院時(shí)、3、14、28、90 d分別采集《中風(fēng)病辨證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中風(fēng)、火、痰、瘀、氣虛、陰虛陽(yáng)亢6個(gè)證候要素的評(píng)分和《美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生院卒中量表》(NIHSS)評(píng)分,運(yùn)用廣義估計(jì)方程分析其相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:NIHSS評(píng)分與各證候要素評(píng)分變化有相同的變化規(guī)律,均隨時(shí)間變化呈下降趨勢(shì);NIHSS評(píng)分的改變對(duì)證候要素風(fēng)、火熱、痰、氣虛、陰虛陽(yáng)亢評(píng)分的改變有影響,NIHSS評(píng)分每增加或減少1分,相應(yīng)證候要素評(píng)分分別增加或減少0.403分、0.224分、0.355分、0.376分、0.157分。結(jié)論:缺血性中風(fēng)病的NIHSS評(píng)分變化在不同時(shí)點(diǎn)與多個(gè)不同證候要素評(píng)分的變化相關(guān),其相關(guān)程度不同。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between dynamic changes of TCM syndromes and NIHSS score in ischemic stroke. Methods: based on the clinical data of 379 patients with ischemic stroke, the diagnosis criteria of apoplexy syndrome were collected on the day of admission, including stroke, fire, phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency of qi. The scores of six syndromes of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and the (NIHSS) score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale were used to analyze their correlation with the generalized estimation equation. Results the changes of the score of proportion NIHSS were the same as those of the scores of every syndromes. The change of the score of NIHSS showed a downward trend with the change of time. The change of score of NIHSS on the factors of syndromes wind, heat, phlegm, deficiency of qi, The change of the score of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity had an effect on each increase or decrease of the score of NIHSS, and the corresponding score of syndromes increased or decreased by 0.403, 0.224, 0.355, 0.376 and 0.157, respectively. Conclusion: the changes of NIHSS score in ischemic stroke are correlated with the scores of multiple syndromes at different time points, and the correlation degree is different.
