【摘要】：目的:觀察活血通絡(luò)法中活血通竅方對(duì)突發(fā)性耳聾患者聽力及耳鳴癥狀的輔助治療效果。明確中西醫(yī)結(jié)合對(duì)突發(fā)性耳聾的療效,為突發(fā)性耳聾的治療探索一條新的思路。方法:選取2015年3月至2016年3月就診于廣西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科的中醫(yī)辨證為氣滯血瘀型的突發(fā)性耳聾患者60例(72耳),60例患者均符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按照入院先后順序?qū)?0例患者隨機(jī)分為2組,觀察組30例(37耳),對(duì)照組30例(35耳)。對(duì)照組采用銀杏葉提取物70mg、維生素B1注射液100mg、維生素B12注射液500ug治療,地塞米松15mg并逐漸減量,甲鈷胺片0.5mg,療程10天,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用活血通竅方內(nèi)服輔助治療,兩組均治療10天后觀察兩組的治療效果,并記錄測(cè)定結(jié)果,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。采用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果:觀察組耳聾治療總有效率為78.38%,對(duì)照組耳聾治療總有效率為66.67%,兩組治療總有效率經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)P=0.0380.05,觀察組治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。觀察組耳鳴治療總有效率為70.27%,對(duì)照組耳鳴治療總有效率為65.71%,兩組治療總有效率經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)P=0.0050.05,觀察組治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:活血通竅方輔助治療能夠明顯提高氣滯血瘀型突發(fā)性耳聾患者聽力及耳鳴的療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Huoxue Tongqiao recipe on hearing and tinnitus in patients with sudden deafness. To clarify the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on sudden deafness and explore a new way for treatment of sudden deafness. Methods: from March 2015 to March 2016, 60 patients (72 ears) with sudden deafness diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected from otolaryngology department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the order of admission, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases (37 ears) in the observation group and 30 cases (35 ears) in the control group. The control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract 70 mg, Vitamin B1 injection 100 mg, Vitamin B 12 injection 500ug, dexamethasone 15mg and gradually decreasing, Mecobalamin tablet 0.5 mg for 10 days. The therapeutic effects of both groups were observed 10 days after treatment, and the results were recorded and analyzed statistically. Statistical software is used for data analysis. Results: the total effective rate of deafness treatment in the observation group was 78.38 and that in the control group was 66.67. The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly better than that of the control group by rank sum test. The total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the observation group was 70.27 and that in the control group was 65.71. The total effective rate of the two groups was 0.0050.05 by rank sum test. The therapeutic effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the auxiliary treatment of Huoxue Tongqiao prescription can obviously improve the effect of hearing and tinnitus in patients with sudden deafness with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
