【摘要】：目的觀察冠心丹參滴丸治療慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛血瘀證患者臨床療效。方法采取隨機(jī)、雙盲、安慰劑對(duì)照的方法將240例慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛血瘀證患者分為治療組與對(duì)照組各120例。治療組在西藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予冠心丹參滴丸口服,對(duì)照組在西藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予安慰劑口服,均每次0.4 g,每日3次,連續(xù)1個(gè)月。觀察治療前后患者的中醫(yī)主癥計(jì)分、血瘀證計(jì)分及血清可溶性細(xì)胞間黏附分子1(s ICAM-1)、可溶性血管細(xì)胞間黏附分子1(s VCAM-1)水平變化,并觀察不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療組納入統(tǒng)計(jì)108例,對(duì)照組納入統(tǒng)計(jì)104例。兩組患者治療后中醫(yī)主癥計(jì)分、血瘀證計(jì)分、血清s VCAM-1及s ICAM-1水平均較治療前明顯降低(P0.05);治療組治療后血瘀證計(jì)分、血清s VCAM-1及s ICAM-1水平治療后均較對(duì)照降低明顯(P0.05)。治療期間兩組均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論冠心丹參滴丸可有效的降低慢性穩(wěn)定型心絞痛血瘀證患者血瘀證計(jì)分及血清s ICAM-1、s VCAM-1水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Guanxin Danshen dropping pill on chronic stable angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome. Methods 240 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 120) and control group (n = 120). The treatment group was treated with Guanxin Danshen dropping pills on the basis of routine western medicine, while the control group was given placebo on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, three times a day for 1 month. The scores of main symptoms, blood stasis syndrome, serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (s ICAM-1) and soluble vascular intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (s VCAM-1) were observed before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were observed. Results 108 cases were included in the treatment group and 104 cases in the control group. After treatment, the scores of TCM main symptoms, blood stasis syndrome, serum s VCAM-1 and s ICAM-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P0.05); after treatment, the scores of blood stasis syndrome, serum s VCAM-1 and s ICAM-1 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. Conclusion Guanxin Danshen dropping pills can effectively reduce the score of blood stasis syndrome and the level of serum sICAM-1s VCAM-1 in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome.
