【摘要】：基于慢性蕁麻疹相關(guān)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查結(jié)果,從中醫(yī)學(xué)角度分析其發(fā)病機制、體質(zhì)特點及發(fā)病規(guī)律,提出"健脾溫腎治其本、祛風(fēng)化濕治其標"的慢性蕁麻疹治療大法。并建議將現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)流行病學(xué)調(diào)查證據(jù)與傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)理論緊密結(jié)合,圍繞慢性蕁麻疹患者的整體特征構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的辨治體系。
[Abstract]:Based on the epidemiological investigation results of chronic urticaria, this paper analyzes the pathogenesis, physique characteristics and disease regularity of chronic urticaria from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward a great method of treating chronic urticaria by "strengthening spleen and warming kidney and treating its root, expelling wind and removing dampness and treating its standard". It is suggested that the modern medical epidemiological investigation evidence should be closely combined with the traditional Chinese medicine theory to construct a systematic system of differentiation and treatment around the overall characteristics of patients with chronic urticaria.
