【摘要】：文章探討以舌辨證的臨床應用價值。筆者認為,在臨床診治疾病時,應結(jié)合舌診進行中醫(yī)辨證,參照舌象指導治療用藥。通過臨床觀察,不同顏色的舌苔,不同顏色的舌質(zhì)所反映的疾病情況各有不同,根據(jù)舌象變化對指導臨床診斷,防病治病有一定的參考作用,以舌辨證運用于臨床有良好的實用效果。文章舉例4則病案供同道以饗。
[Abstract]:This article discusses the clinical application value of tongue syndrome differentiation. The author thinks that in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases, we should combine tongue diagnosis with TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs, and refer to tongue signs to guide treatment and medication. According to the clinical observation, different color tongue coating and different color tongue quality reflect different diseases. According to the changes of tongue picture, it has certain reference function to guide clinical diagnosis and disease prevention and treatment. The application of tongue syndrome differentiation in clinical practice has a good practical effect. In this paper, 4 medical records are presented to provide dinner for the same medical records.
