【摘要】：目的:探討多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)痰濕證患者的糖代謝特征。方法:選擇臨床科研信息一體化平臺采集的多囊卵巢綜合征病例數(shù)據(jù)110例,其中痰濕證組60例,非痰濕證組50例;分析、比較各組的糖代謝特征。結(jié)果:1PCOS痰濕組體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、腰臀比顯著大于PCOS非痰濕組(P0.05),睪酮水平顯著高于非痰濕組(P0.05);兩組間黃體生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和LH與FSH比值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);2糖代謝方面:痰濕證組空腹葡萄糖、糖耐量30 min葡萄糖、60 min葡萄糖、120 min葡萄糖和葡萄糖曲線下面積均顯著高于非痰濕證組(P0.05),兩組180 min葡萄糖水平無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);痰濕證組空腹胰島素、胰島素釋放試驗30 min胰島素、60 min胰島素、120 min胰島素和胰島素曲線下面積均顯著高于非痰濕證組(P0.05);兩組180 min胰島素水平無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);痰濕證組胰島素抵抗指數(shù)顯著大于非痰濕證組(P0.05);3 Pcos痰濕證患者糖耐量異常的發(fā)生率為33.33%。結(jié)論:PCOS痰濕證患者具有高BMI、WHR及高睪酮水平,以腹型肥胖為主;表現(xiàn)出明顯的糖代謝異常伴胰島素抵抗指數(shù)升高;痰濕證型PCOS患者糖耐量異常比例較高。臨床上應(yīng)重視對PCOS患者進(jìn)行糖耐量試驗和胰島素釋放試驗的檢測,積極預(yù)防遠(yuǎn)期并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the characteristics of glucose metabolism in patients with phlegm dampness syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: 110 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome were collected from the information integration platform of clinical scientific research, including 60 cases of phlegm damp syndrome group and 50 cases of non phlegm damp syndrome group. Analysis was made to compare the characteristics of glucose metabolism in each group. Results: 1PCOS phlegm dampness group mass index (BMI), waist. The hip ratio was significantly greater than that of the PCOS non phlegm damp group (P0.05), and the testosterone level was significantly higher than that in the non phlegm damp group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and LH and FSH (P0.05), and the 2 glycometabolism: phlegm damp syndrome group fasting glucosamine, glucose tolerance 30 min glucose, 60 min glucose, 120 min glucose and glucose The area under the curve was significantly higher than that of the non phlegm damp syndrome group (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the level of 180 min glucose in the two groups (P0.05). The area of the fasting insulin in the phlegm damp syndrome group, the insulin release test 30 min insulin, the 60 min insulin, the 120 min insulin and the insulin curve were significantly higher than the non phlegm damp syndrome group (P0.05), and the two group 180 min insulin level. There was no statistical significance (P0.05); the insulin resistance index in the phlegm damp syndrome group was significantly greater than that of the non phlegm damp syndrome group (P0.05); the incidence of glucose tolerance abnormality in 3 Pcos phlegm damp syndrome patients was 33.33%. conclusion: the patients with PCOS phlegm damp syndrome had high BMI, WHR and high testosterone level, mainly with abdominal obesity, and showed obvious glucose metabolism abnormality with the increase of insulin resistance index. The proportion of abnormal glucose tolerance in PCOS patients with phlegm dampness syndrome is high. It should be paid more attention to the test of glucose tolerance test and insulin release test in patients with PCOS, and actively prevent the occurrence of long-term complications.
