【摘要】：黃憲章是廣州中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)教授,主任醫(yī)師,國家級(jí)名老中醫(yī)藥專家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承工作指導(dǎo)老師,繼承了我國南北兩派正骨經(jīng)驗(yàn),中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療骨傷,以擅長正骨手法、精理骨傷疾患而著稱。黃老從醫(yī)六十余年,對膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的病因病機(jī)及中醫(yī)辨證論治進(jìn)行了深入而細(xì)致的研究,從祛風(fēng)除濕、活血化瘀、補(bǔ)益肝腎、健脾化痰入手,運(yùn)用中醫(yī)中藥的方法診治膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,取得了顯著的療效,積累了大量的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn),形成了鮮明獨(dú)特的學(xué)術(shù)思想。
[Abstract]:Huang Xuan is a professor, chief physician of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine, a leading physician, and a national expert on traditional Chinese medicine, who inherits the experience of orthopaedic bone in both the north and the south of China. He combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat bone injuries and is good at bone-building techniques. Refined bone injuries are well known. For more than 60 years, Huang Lao studied the etiology and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis and the differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM, starting with dispelling wind and removing dampness, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening spleen and resolving phlegm. The method of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis has achieved remarkable curative effect, accumulated a great deal of clinical experience and formed a distinct and unique academic thought.
