【摘要】：陳如泉教授在臨床上善于運(yùn)用軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)法治療結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺疾病,文章對(duì)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié):一是強(qiáng)調(diào)在運(yùn)用軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)法之前,需先明確其病因,進(jìn)一步推測(cè)其病性,明確熱、氣、血、痰、水、瘀、毒、虛的主導(dǎo)地位;二是在辨別病性的基礎(chǔ)上,單一或聯(lián)合疏風(fēng)散結(jié)、解毒散結(jié)、理氣散結(jié)、化痰散結(jié)、活血散結(jié)、益氣散結(jié)、養(yǎng)陰散結(jié)、溫陽散結(jié)、利水散結(jié)等治法施治;三是在運(yùn)用軟堅(jiān)散結(jié)法時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)氣血同調(diào)、痰瘀同治、消中有補(bǔ)、血水同治及內(nèi)外合治等,以達(dá)最佳效果。最后文章通過臨床驗(yàn)案兩則對(duì)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以說明,以期更好掌握此法在結(jié)節(jié)性甲狀腺疾病治療中的運(yùn)用規(guī)律,提高臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Professor Chen Ruquan is good at treating nodular thyroid diseases by using soft hard Sanjie method in clinic. This article summarizes his experience: first, he emphasizes that before the application of soft hard Sanjie method, the etiology of the disease should be clarified, and its disease and heat should be further inferred. Qi, blood, phlegm, water, blood stasis, toxin, deficiency; second, on the basis of distinguishing disease, single or combined dispersing of wind, detoxification, regulating qi, dissipating phlegm, activating blood circulation, benefiting qi and dissipating knot, nourishing yin and dissipating knot, warming yang and dissipating knot, The third is to emphasize the harmony of Qi and blood, phlegm and blood stasis, supplement, blood and water, and internal and external treatment to achieve the best effect. Finally, the article explains its experience through two clinical cases, in order to better grasp the application of this method in the treatment of nodular thyroid disease, and improve the clinical efficacy.
