【摘要】：目的探討國醫(yī)大師顏正華教授含龍骨處方用藥規(guī)律。方法在收集國醫(yī)大師顏正華教授含龍骨處方的基礎(chǔ)上,基于中醫(yī)傳承輔助系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用該軟件數(shù)據(jù)分析模塊中嵌入的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則Apriori算法等數(shù)據(jù)挖掘方法,分析含龍骨處方中單味藥物頻次、藥物組合頻次、關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則與核心藥物組合等。結(jié)果含龍骨處方常用于治療不寐、眩暈、胃痛等病證,高頻次藥物包括牡蠣、炒酸棗仁、首烏藤、丹參、赤芍等,高頻次藥物組合包括"牡蠣,龍骨""牡蠣,炒酸棗仁""龍骨,炒酸棗仁"等,支持度≥35%、置信度≥0.98的關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則包括"龍骨→牡蠣"、"茯苓,龍骨→牡蠣"、"牡蠣,茯苓→龍骨"、"龍骨,炒酸棗仁→牡蠣"等。結(jié)論顏正華教授含龍骨處方所用藥物多具有鎮(zhèn)靜安神活血之效,組方法度清晰嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。
