復(fù)方芪麻膠囊干預(yù)治療對(duì)H型高血壓患者同型半胱氨酸、瘦素水平的影響

【摘要】：目的觀察復(fù)方芪麻膠囊干預(yù)治療對(duì)H型高血壓氣虛痰濁證患者的血壓、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、瘦素的影響。方法將96例H型高血壓氣虛痰濁證患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組各48例,兩組均給予基礎(chǔ)降壓藥依那普利葉酸片(10 mg/0.8 mg,1次/日)治療,其中治療組加用復(fù)方芪麻膠囊(2粒/次,3次/日),療程為8周,分別比較兩組患者治療前后的收縮壓、舒張壓、Hcy及瘦素的水平。并采用線性回歸法探討治療前所有患者收縮壓、舒張壓分別與Hcy、瘦素之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果治療后,與對(duì)照組比較,治療組收縮壓及瘦素顯著下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而治療后兩組Hcy及舒張壓進(jìn)行組間比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)性研究中,Hcy、瘦素分別與收縮壓呈正相關(guān)(P0.01),而Hcy、瘦素與舒張壓無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方芪麻膠囊干預(yù)治療H型高血壓能夠明顯改善患者收縮壓、降低瘦素水平,Hcy、瘦素有可能作為評(píng)價(jià)H型高血壓嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Qima capsule intervention on blood pressure and homocysteine (Hcy), leptin in patients with H type hypertension syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity. Methods 96 patients with H type hypertensive qi deficiency and phlegm turbid syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48). Both groups were treated with basic antihypertensive drug enalapril folic acid tablet (10 mg/0.8 mg / d). The treatment group was treated with compound Qi-ma capsule (2 capsules / 3 times a day) for 8 weeks. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, Hcy and leptin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The relationship between systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and Hcyand leptin in all patients before treatment was investigated by linear regression method. Results compared with the control group, the systolic blood pressure and leptin in the treatment group decreased significantly (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in Hcy and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after treatment (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between Hcyand leptin and systolic blood pressure (P0.01), while there was no significant correlation between Hcyand leptin and diastolic blood pressure (P0.05). Conclusion the intervention of compound Qima capsule in the treatment of H type hypertension can obviously improve the systolic blood pressure and decrease the level of leptin. Leptin may be used as an index to evaluate the severity of H type hypertension.
