【摘要】：目的探究針刺五腧穴治療老年神經(jīng)性失眠的臨床效果。方法神經(jīng)性失眠患者80例按照隨機(jī)、對照、雙盲試驗原則分為觀察組和對照組各40例,對照組給予常規(guī)西藥治療,觀察組采用針刺五腧穴治療。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率(92.50%)明顯高于對照組(75.00%,P0.05);觀察組入睡時間、睡眠時間、睡眠效率、日間功能、睡眠質(zhì)量評分顯著低于對照組(P0.05);觀察組椎動脈和基底動脈收縮峰血流速度(Vp)明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論老年神經(jīng)性失眠患者針刺五腧穴有利于改善睡眠質(zhì)量,延長睡眠時間,改善腦血流速度,提高治療有效率。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on five acupoints in the treatment of senile insomnia. 80 patients with neurotic insomnia were divided into observation group and control group in 40 cases according to random and control principle. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture at five acupoints. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50% Ming Xiangao. In the control group (75%, P0.05), the score of sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime function and sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P0.05), and the blood velocity of the systolic peak of the vertebral artery and basilar artery (Vp) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Prolong sleep time, improve cerebral blood flow velocity and improve treatment efficiency.
