【摘要】：目的觀察金匱腎氣丸聯(lián)合穴位敷貼治療腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎有效性,為治療腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎探求一種簡單有效的中醫(yī)治療方法,為將來臨床上的廣泛應(yīng)用提供借鑒和理論依據(jù)。方法選取在黑龍江省中醫(yī)醫(yī)院男科門診2015年5月到2016年3月就診的辨證為腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎患者100例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組(金匱腎氣丸聯(lián)合穴位敷貼)和對照組(金匱腎氣丸)各50例。觀察、記錄、評測指標(biāo)以及不良反應(yīng)等,兩組均以1個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程。記錄用藥前后兩組前列腺液常規(guī)(EPS-R)評分,NIH-CPSI評分及中醫(yī)證候積分,并將兩組治療前后NIH-CPSI評分及中醫(yī)證候積分做統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果兩組NIH-CPSI療效比較,兩組總有效率分別為82.92%、75.00%,差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中醫(yī)證候療效比較,兩組總有效率分別為80.48%、67.50%,差異顯著,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),兩組患者在治療期間未出現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論(1)在癥狀改善上,金匱腎氣丸聯(lián)合穴位敷貼治療腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎療效顯著。(2)在癥狀改善上,單獨(dú)使用金匱腎氣丸治療腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎有效。(3)在治療腎陽不足型慢性前列腺炎癥狀改善上,金匱腎氣丸聯(lián)合穴位敷貼較對單用金匱腎氣丸優(yōu)勢明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with deficiency of kidney-yang, and to explore a simple and effective method of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic prostatitis of deficiency of kidney-yang. To provide reference and theoretical basis for clinical wide application in the future. Methods from May 2015 to March 2016, 100 patients with chronic prostatitis with deficiency of kidney yang were selected. According to random number table method, treatment group (Jinkui Shenqi pills combined with acupoint application) and control group (Jingui Shenqi pills) were divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Observation, recording, evaluation of indicators and adverse reactions, both groups were 1 month as a course of treatment. NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndromes score were recorded before and after treatment of prostatic fluid routine (EPS-R), and NIH-CPSI score and TCM syndromes score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed. Results the total effective rate of NIH-CPSI in the two groups was 82.92and 75.00, the difference was significant (P0.05), the total effective rate of the two groups was 80.48 and 67.50, respectively. There was a statistical difference (P0.05), the two groups of patients during the treatment did not appear significant adverse reactions. Conclusion (1) in symptom improvement, Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application is effective in treating chronic prostatitis with deficiency of kidney-yang. Jinkui Shenqi Pill alone is effective in treating chronic prostatitis with deficiency of Kidney Yang. (3) in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with deficiency of Kidney Yang, Jinkui Shenqi Pill combined with acupoint application is more advantageous than Jingui Shenqi Pill alone.
