徐艷玲教授從肺脾腎論治COPD的經(jīng)驗總結(jié)

【摘要】：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD,簡稱慢阻肺)是一組以持續(xù)氣流受限為特征的可以預(yù)防和治療的疾病,與氣道和肺組織對煙草煙霧等有害氣體或有害顆粒的慢性炎性反應(yīng)增強有關(guān),其氣流受限多呈進(jìn)行性發(fā)展,臨床上屬呼吸系統(tǒng)常見病,高發(fā)病。目前國際上通用的單純的西醫(yī)治療方案療效雖然有效,但病情的反復(fù)及其昂貴的醫(yī)療費用仍給患者和家庭帶來了不小的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)和心理負(fù)擔(dān)。祖國醫(yī)學(xué)將其癥屬于中醫(yī)學(xué)“咳嗽”、“喘病”、“肺脹”的范疇,其誘因是因為外邪反復(fù)侵襲,肺、脾、腎虛損,正虛衛(wèi)外不固為內(nèi)在根本,在治療上補足虛損為基本治療原則。吾師徐艷玲教授,從事呼吸內(nèi)科中醫(yī)醫(yī)療、科研、教學(xué)30余載,在多種呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的診治上有其獨到的特色。在多年的臨床實踐中,徐教授積診治了許多COPD病人,對其有獨道的認(rèn)知。吾師認(rèn)為外邪反復(fù)侵襲是COPD發(fā)作的誘因,肺、脾、腎虛損,正虛衛(wèi)外不固為CO PD的內(nèi)在根本,肺臟感邪,遷延失治,導(dǎo)致痰瘀稽留,損傷正氣是COPD反復(fù)發(fā)作的夙根發(fā)病源頭。肺脾腎虛是本病病程中最為關(guān)鍵的病理內(nèi)因,腎在其中又尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Chronic obstructive Pulmonary Disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary) is a group of preventable and treatable diseases characterized by persistent airflow limitation associated with an increased chronic inflammatory response of airways and lung tissues to harmful gases or particles such as tobacco smoke. Its airflow limitation mostly presents the progressive development, clinically belongs to the respiratory system common disease, the high incidence disease. Although the current international simple western medicine treatment program is effective, the recurrence of the disease and its expensive medical costs still bring not small economic and psychological burden to patients and families. The Chinese medicine has classified its symptoms into the categories of "cough", "asthma" and "lung distension" in traditional Chinese medicine. The inducement is the repeated invasion of external pathogens, the deficiency of lung, spleen, and kidney, and the immanence of deficiency and defense outside the body is not the inner root. In the treatment of deficiency damage as the basic principle of treatment. Professor Xu Yanling, my teacher, engaged in traditional Chinese medicine, scientific research and teaching of respiratory medicine for more than 30 years, in the diagnosis and treatment of various respiratory diseases have their unique characteristics. In many years of clinical practice, Professor Xu diagnosed and treated many COPD patients and had a unique understanding of them. Our teacher believes that the recurrent invasion of exogenous pathogens is the inducement of COPD attack, and the lung, spleen, kidney deficiency and deficiency of the qi are the intrinsic root of CO PD, the lung senses evil, delays the treatment, causes phlegm stasis to be left behind, and the damage of the vital qi is the source of the recurrent onset of COPD. Deficiency of lung, spleen and kidney is the most important internal cause of the disease.
