【摘要】：陳日新教授繼承《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》穴法,回歸腧穴本源、重視腧穴狀態(tài),臨床施灸擇優(yōu)選取灸療特異性腧穴——熱敏腧穴為施灸部位,形成了獨(dú)特的"辨敏取穴"施灸學(xué)術(shù)思想,凸顯了臨床灸療療效潛力。文章從源于經(jīng)典、基于臨床、繼承創(chuàng)新、提高療效4個(gè)方面對(duì)"辨敏取穴"施灸學(xué)術(shù)思想的形成及其臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié),旨在為針灸臨床選穴提供新思路與方法。
[Abstract]:Professor Chen Rixin inherited the acupoint method of "Huangdi Internal Classic", returned to the source of acupoints, attached importance to the state of acupoints, selected the special acupoints of moxibustion therapy and heat-sensitive acupoints as the moxibustion site, and formed a unique academic thought of moxibustion. The clinical therapeutic potential of moxibustion is highlighted. This article summarizes the formation and clinical application of the academic thought of moxibustion based on classic, based on clinical practice, inheriting innovation and improving curative effect, in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical acupoint selection of acupuncture and moxibustion.
