【摘要】：根據(jù)五行理論內涵,五行可再分五行。由此從伏風內潛五臟入手,以多層五行理論解釋伏風內潛五臟的中醫(yī)理論依據(jù)。并從五臟伏風角度整合癲癇急性期、緩解期五臟和五行關系,闡釋傳統(tǒng)證型的病機、詳論方藥治則,以五臟伏風為理論核心把癲癇的中醫(yī)辨證歸納為以伏風為基礎的中醫(yī)理論框架,用以指導癲癇的預防,并以典型病例說明癲癇臨床診療的中醫(yī)病機變化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:According to the connotation of the five elements theory, the five elements can be further divided into five elements. From this point of view, this paper explains the traditional Chinese medicine theory of the five internal organs in voluminous wind with the theory of multi-layer five elements. And from the angle of the five zangs voluminous wind to integrate the relationship between the five Zang organs and the five elements in the acute and remission phases of epilepsy, to explain the pathogenesis of the traditional syndrome type, and to discuss in detail the principles of prescription and medicine treatment. Taking Wuzangfu as the theoretical core, the syndrome differentiation of epilepsy is summarized into the theoretical framework of traditional Chinese medicine based on voluminous wind, which is used to guide the prevention of epilepsy, and to explain the change law of TCM pathogenesis in clinical diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy with typical cases.
