風(fēng)火候偏頭痛緩解期DTI特點研究

【摘要】:目的:研究偏頭痛風(fēng)火候患者彌散張量成像(DTI)特點,探索偏頭痛風(fēng)火候患者的的腦功能、結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。方法:于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)在校大學(xué)生中招募23例偏頭痛風(fēng)火候患者與25名年齡、性別及受教育程度相匹配的健康志愿者,進行3.0T核磁共振顱腦掃描,獲取受試者DTI(彌散張量成像)圖像,通過PANDA核磁圖像處理軟件,進行TBSS分析及纖維追蹤,觀察患者組與健康志愿者在大腦功能及結(jié)構(gòu)上的差異。結(jié)果:通過PANDA進行TBSS分析,輸出分析結(jié)果于Matlab中顯示風(fēng)火候偏頭痛組患者腦區(qū)FA值相較于健康對照組在5個腦區(qū)顯現(xiàn)降低(P0.05),分別為右側(cè)小腦、右側(cè)顳葉、右側(cè)枕葉、胼胝體、右側(cè)扣帶回。偏頭痛組與健康對照組AD值差異不明顯,P0.05無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:風(fēng)火候偏頭痛組相對于健康對照組,腦區(qū)FA值下降,提示腦區(qū)的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生改變,同時改變腦區(qū)功能與偏頭痛發(fā)作時癥狀對應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the characteristics of diffusive Zhang Liang imaging in patients with migraine wind and fire, and to explore the brain function and structural basis of patients with migraine wind and fire. Methods: 23 patients with migraine and fire and 25 healthy volunteers matched with age, sex and education were recruited from Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine to perform 3.0T MRI brain scan. DTI images were obtained and analyzed by PANDA nuclear magnetic field image processing software. The difference of brain function and structure between patients and healthy volunteers was observed. Results: using PANDA to analyze TBSS, the results of output analysis in Matlab showed that the FA value of brain area in patients with rheumatic migraine was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (P0.05), namely, right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, right occipital lobe, corpus callosum, respectively, in the right cerebellum, right temporal lobe, right occipital lobe and corpus callosum. Right cingulate gyrus. There was no significant difference in AD value between migraine group and healthy control group (P0.05). Conclusion: compared with the healthy control group, the FA value of the brain region in the wind-fire migraine group decreased, suggesting that the microstructural changes in the brain region and the change of brain function correspond to the symptoms at the time of migraine attack.
