【摘要】：目的：觀察穴位埋線治療產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖的臨床療效,探討穴位埋線在產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖中作用和影響。方法：本臨床試驗(yàn)研究的所有病例均來自于南京明基醫(yī)院2015年04月至2016年01月針灸門診就診的女性肥胖患者,總計(jì)50例。采用隨機(jī)對(duì)照的方法將患者分為兩組：?jiǎn)渭冃苑逝纸M和產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖組,每組患者25例。兩組患者均接受穴位埋線治療。治療前后均測(cè)定兩組患者體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、腰圍、臀圍等指標(biāo),觀察改善情況,治療前后每位患者均測(cè)定4次,取均值為觀察值。比較穴位埋線對(duì)產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖治療前后各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的影響,分析穴位埋線治療產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖的臨床療效。結(jié)果：穴位埋線對(duì)單純性肥胖和產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖均具有治療作用,治療后體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比、股圍、基礎(chǔ)代謝、脂肪率與治療前相比均具有顯著性差異；穴位埋線治療產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖的臨床總有效率顯著高于單純性肥胖患者。結(jié)論：穴位埋線對(duì)單純性肥胖和產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖均具有治療作用,主要體現(xiàn)在減少體重、體質(zhì)指數(shù)、腰圍、臀圍、腰臀比、股圍、基礎(chǔ)代謝、脂肪率；穴位埋線對(duì)產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖治療有效,說明穴位埋線對(duì)產(chǎn)后單純性肥胖具有潛在的治療作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of postpartum simple obesity and to explore the effect of acupoint catgut implantation on postpartum simple obesity. Methods: all the cases in this clinical trial were collected from 50 female obese patients in Nanjing Mingji Hospital from April 2015 to January 2016. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: simple obesity group and postpartum simple obesity group with 25 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with catgut embedding at acupoints. The body weight, body mass index, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured before and after treatment, and the improvement was observed. Each patient was measured 4 times before and after treatment, and the mean value was taken as the observation value. To compare the effect of acupoint catgut implantation on postpartum simple obesity before and after treatment, and to analyze the clinical effect of acupoint catgut implantation on postpartum simple obesity. Results: the catgut embedding at acupoints had a therapeutic effect on simple obesity and postpartum simple obesity. There were significant differences in body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, femoral circumference, basal metabolism and fat rate after treatment. The total effective rate of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of postpartum simple obesity was significantly higher than that of simple obesity patients. Conclusion: catgut embedding at acupoints has therapeutic effects on both simple obesity and postpartum obesity, which are mainly reflected in the reduction of body weight, body mass index, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist-hip ratio, femoral circumference, basal metabolism and fat rate. Acupoint catgut implantation is effective in the treatment of postpartum simple obesity, indicating that acupoint embedding has potential therapeutic effect on postpartum simple obesity.
