【摘要】：心包積液由心包或全身多種疾病所引起,根據(jù)其臨床表現(xiàn)將其歸屬于中醫(yī)"心水"范疇。該病是因正氣不足,外邪侵襲,久痹入心,或心包受損,氣機失調,水與血運行障礙而停聚于心包所導致的一種本虛標實性疾病。心包積液的治療以扶正祛邪為原則,扶正包括益氣、溫陽和滋陰;祛邪當以利水為主,氣、血、水同調,汗、利、下同施。心包積液根據(jù)滲出液與漏出液的不同,分別給予清熱涼血解毒與益氣溫陽利水的基本治療;同時根據(jù)心包積液的病因可分為結核性心包積液、狼瘡性心包積液、甲狀腺功能減退癥性心包積液、尿毒癥性心包積液和腫瘤性心包積液等類型,不同病因心包積液的病機亦不同,故予以不同治療方法。
[Abstract]:Pericardial effusion is caused by pericardial or systemic diseases. The disease is caused by deficiency of qi, invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors, chronic obstruction of the heart, or damage of pericardium, imbalance of qi machine, and obstruction of water and blood flow. The treatment of pericardial effusion is based on the principle of nourishing qi, warming yang and nourishing yin; dispelling evil is mainly in the interest of water, Qi, blood, water homology, sweat, benefit, and the same below. Pericardial effusion is divided into tuberculous pericardial effusion and lupus pericardial effusion according to the difference between exudate and leaking fluid, and the basic treatment of clearing heat, cooling blood, detoxifying toxin and benefiting air temperature, yang and water, and the cause of pericardial effusion can be divided into tuberculous pericardial effusion, lupus pericardial effusion The types of hypothyroidism pericardial effusion, uremic pericardial effusion and tumor pericardial effusion are different, and the pathogenesis of pericardial effusion varies with different etiology.
