【摘要】：目的:觀察靈龜八法開穴為主針刺治療肝腎陰虛型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的臨床療效,探討靈龜八法治療本病的可行性,為靈龜八法的深入研究積累必要的客觀依據(jù)。方法:本研究采用隨機(jī)平行對照的方法,按完全隨機(jī)化原則,納入60例符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者,分為靈龜八法開穴組與常規(guī)取穴組,每組30例。靈龜八法開穴組的穴位選用靈龜八法開穴,根據(jù)患者治療時(shí)間算出當(dāng)時(shí)所開的八脈交會穴,再取三陰交(雙)、太溪(雙)、太沖(雙)。常規(guī)取穴組予取穴:百會、關(guān)元、太溪(雙)、三陰交(雙)、太沖、風(fēng)池(雙)。上述諸穴予以針刺治療,隔天1次,10次為1療程,共治療3個(gè)療程。根據(jù)臨床研究評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對各組患者治療前后的臨床癥狀改善情況進(jìn)行評分以及觀察性激素水平的變化。結(jié)果:靈龜八法開穴組:痊愈5例,顯效18例,有效6例,無效1例,總有效率96.67%,常規(guī)取穴組:痊愈1例,顯效12例,有效13例,無效1例,總有效率86.67%,二組間療效進(jìn)行對比,靈龜八法開穴組總有效率和痊愈率均優(yōu)于常規(guī)取穴組。治療后性激素水平的改善也有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1靈龜八法開穴為主針刺能更好地緩解腎陰虛型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者的臨床癥狀。2靈龜八法開穴針刺為主能有效調(diào)節(jié)肝腎陰虛型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征患者的血清性激素E2和FSH水平。3在常規(guī)針刺取穴的基礎(chǔ)上配合靈龜八法開穴能提高肝腎陰虛型圍絕經(jīng)期綜合征的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of Linggui Bafa opening acupoint in treating peri-menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency type, to explore the feasibility of Linggui eight method in treating this disease, and to accumulate necessary objective basis for further study of Linggui eight method. Methods: according to the principle of complete randomization, 60 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were divided into two groups: Linggui Bafa open point group and routine acupoint extraction group, 30 cases in each group. The acupoints of Linggui Bafa open point group were selected to open the points according to the treatment time of the patients, and then Sanyinjiao (double), Taixi (double), Taichong (double) were calculated according to the treatment time of the patients, and then Sanyinjiao (Shuang), Taixi (Shuang) and Taichong (Shuang) were selected. Routine acupoint collection group: Baihui, Guan Yuan, Taixi (Shuang), Sanyinjiao (Shuang), Taichong, Fengchi (Shuang). The above points were treated with acupuncture, 10 times every other day as a course of treatment, 3 courses of treatment. According to the standard of clinical study, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the changes of sex hormone levels were evaluated before and after treatment. Results: there were 5 cases of cure, 18 cases of remarkable effect, 6 cases of effective, 1 case of ineffectiveness and 96.67% of total effective rate in Lingguishaofa open acupoint group. In routine acupoint extraction group, 1 case was cured, 12 cases were effective, 13 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. The total effective rate and cure rate of Linggui Bafa open acupoint group were better than that of conventional acupoint extraction group. There was also a statistically significant improvement in sex hormone levels after treatment. Conclusion the clinical symptoms of patients with peri-menopausal syndrome of kidney yin deficiency type can be better alleviated by acupuncture at the main acupoints opened with Bafa and Bafa of Ling 1 Ling Gui. 2. Linggui Bafa acupuncture can effectively regulate the serum of patients with peri-menopausal syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency type. Sex hormone E2 and FSH levels 3 on the basis of routine acupuncture to obtain points combined with Linggui Bafa open point can improve the clinical efficacy of liver and kidney yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome.
