推拿配合調(diào)神鐵落飲治療小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥（痰火擾神證）30例臨床研究

【摘要】：目的:通過觀察推拿配合調(diào)神鐵落飲治療小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥(痰火擾神證)30例臨床研究,探討祖國傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)治療小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥的有效方法。方法:將來源于長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院兒科門診符合小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥(痰火擾神證)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的病例作為受試對(duì)象,共收集病例30例,均給予推拿配合調(diào)神鐵落飲治療。觀察治療前后患兒的多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥及其他兼次癥,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出結(jié)論。結(jié)果:通過30例病例進(jìn)行臨床療效觀察與評(píng)價(jià),進(jìn)行治療前后對(duì)照,其中治愈4例,顯效16例,有效6例,無效4例�？傆行蕿�86.67%。并且無明顯的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論:推拿配合調(diào)神鐵落飲能夠有效改善中醫(yī)證候積分,改善抽動(dòng)癥的癥狀,是治療小兒多發(fā)性抽動(dòng)癥的有效方法,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical study of 30 cases of children's multiple Tourette syndrome (phlegm and fire syndrome) treated by massage and TiO Shen Tiao Yin, and discuss the effective methods of traditional Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of children with multiple Tourette syndrome. Methods: in the future, the outpatient department of Pediatrics from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is in accordance with the diagnosis of children's multiple Tourette syndrome (phlegm fire disturbing syndrome). The standard cases were taken as subjects and 30 cases were collected. All cases were treated with Tuina and tioru Tiao Yin. The patients with multiple exitexia and other concurrent symptoms before and after treatment were observed. A database was established and data analysis was carried out to draw conclusions. Results: clinical observation and evaluation were carried out in 30 cases, and the control before and after treatment was carried out. 4 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 86.67%. and there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: massage combined with TiO Shen Tiao Yin can effectively improve TCM syndrome score and improve the symptoms of aspiration syndrome. It is an effective method to treat children with multiple Tourette syndrome, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
