小強度運動對中醫(yī)陰虛、氣虛人群體質及相關機能的研究
[Abstract]:Objective: taking two common virtual physique (yin deficiency type and Qi deficiency type) as the research object, Taijiquan was used as a small intensity exercise for the intervention of 12 weeks. The dynamic changes of traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and body function after small intensity exercise (Taijiquan) were observed through the observation of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine virtual physique. Whether the intensity exercise is suitable for the people of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency as well as which kind of virtual physique is more suitable. It provides the theoretical basis for the scientific exercise to promote health for the yin deficiency constitution and the Qi deficiency constitution. At the same time, it also makes a preliminary exploration on the theory of establishing the suitable movement of different Chinese physique and the development of the body and body program. In the hospital of Department of orthopedics in Sichuan Province, we randomly participated in the physical constitution identification test of traditional Chinese medicine and showed that the constitution was Yin deficiency constitution or qi deficiency constitution. 60 people aged 20-30 years were selected as the research object and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Taijiquan was selected as a small intensity exercise formula, and heart rate meter was monitored synchronously during exercise with heart rate. Control exercise intensity, through the test of cardiopulmonary function before and after the test (heart rate anaerobic threshold oxygen uptake VO2), TCM physique score, lower limb muscle strength and other indicators of comparison and analysis, to understand the effect of small intensity exercise on the constitution of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency constitution of the people of the body and body phase of the energy index. Results: 1, after a period of 12 There was no significant change in body mass index (P0.05) in the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group before and after the exercise of the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group. There was no significant difference between the Qi deficiency test group and the yin deficiency test group before and after the two groups, but there was no significant difference in the yin deficiency test group (P0.05), and the body mass table integral and intervention in the Qi deficiency test group were integrated and intervened. There were significant differences (P0.05). After 12 weeks of exercise, the improvement rate of body mass index in Yin deficiency test group was 80%, the improvement rate of body mass index in Qi deficiency test group was 93.3%, and the improvement effect of qi deficiency test group was better than that in Yin deficiency group. Group more suitable for small intensity exercise.2, after 12 weeks of exercise intervention, yin deficiency control group and Qi deficiency control group heart and lung function (heart rate oxygen threshold oxygen uptake VO2) no significant change, yin deficiency test group cardiopulmonary function (heart rate oxygen threshold oxygen uptake VO2) has a tendency to improve, but no statistical difference (P0.05), Qi deficiency test group cardiopulmonary function (heart rate) The increase of oxygen free threshold oxygen uptake (VO2) was more obvious than that before intervention (P0.05); there was no significant difference between the cardiopulmonary function of the Qi deficiency test group and the deficiency of yin deficiency (P0.05), but the trend of cardiopulmonary function in the Qi deficiency test group was more obvious, suggesting that the small intensity exercise could improve the cardiopulmonary function of the body and the cardiopulmonary function of qi deficiency constitution. It is more obvious to improve the effect of the deficiency of the yin deficiency, so the small intensity of exercise intensity is more suitable for the.3 of the Qi deficiency constitution crowd. After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the muscle strength of the lower extremities in the Qi deficiency control group and the yin deficiency control group has no significant changes (P0.05); the lower limbs muscle strength of the Qi deficiency test group and the yin deficiency test group is compared with that before the intervention, respectively. There is no obvious difference between the test group and the Qi deficiency test group (P0.05). It suggests that the small intensity exercise can improve the muscle strength of the lower extremities of yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. Conclusion: the small intensity exercise is a method to improve the Constitution and promote health and effective. Quality is especially suitable. So in the course of giving traditional Chinese medicine Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency, people should recommend it to choose small intensity sports like Taijiquan, Taiji sword, five birds play, slow step and so on. The scientific and reasonable selection of suitable intensity exercise method can better correct the biased constitution, and achieve the action through a certain time of insistence practice. The purpose of the body adjustment to improve the health of the body.
