【摘要】：放射線屬于中醫(yī)六淫中的火熱毒邪,中醫(yī)肺絡概念包括西醫(yī)解剖肺臟;肺絡病是肺臟疾病一種病理狀態(tài),放射性肺損傷是一種特殊類型的肺絡病,包括肺絡自病和久病入絡;放射性肺損傷是胸部腫瘤患者在放療過程不可避免的一種不良反應,同時加劇了腫瘤患者本身虛實夾雜的病機狀態(tài);放射性肺損傷的病理演變過程符合中醫(yī)久病入絡的病機概念;從絡病理論出發(fā),結合放射性肺損傷的病理生理特點,探討絡病理論指導治療放射性肺損傷的可行性。
[Abstract]:Radiation belongs to the fiery heat and toxin evil in TCM, the concept of TCM lung collateral includes dissection of lung in western medicine, lung collateral disease is a kind of pathological state of lung disease, radiation lung injury is a special type of lung collateral disease, including lung collateral disease and chronic disease. Radiation-induced lung injury is an inevitable adverse reaction in the course of radiotherapy in patients with chest tumor, and it also exacerbates the pathogenesis of the tumor patients with vacuity and consolidation. The pathological evolution of radiation-induced lung injury is in accordance with the concept of pathogenesis of chronic disease in TCM. Based on the theory of collateral disease and the pathophysiological characteristics of radiation-induced lung injury, the feasibility of guiding the treatment of radiation-induced lung injury by collateral disease theory is discussed.
