【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療帶狀皰疹的療效。方法:根據(jù)納入排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)收集在中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國知網(wǎng)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science,2000年1月—2016年7月期間發(fā)表的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提取并分析文獻(xiàn)資料和數(shù)據(jù),采用Jadad量表評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的方法學(xué)質(zhì)量。Review manager 5.3軟件對納入研究進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:11個(gè)RCTs共911例患者納入研究,其中治療組470例,對照組441例。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,合并效應(yīng)量OR值為4.66,95%CI為[3.00,7.23]。治療組和對照組療效比較,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異性(P0.00001),治療組有效率(93.8%)對照組有效率(76.9%),壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療帶狀皰疹的綜合療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論:相比傳統(tǒng)治療方案,壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸可能具有提升帶狀皰疹治療效果的作用,但受到目前研究樣本量小、方法學(xué)質(zhì)量低的局限,壯醫(yī)藥線點(diǎn)灸治療帶狀皰疹的療效還需進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods: according to the exclusion criteria, we collected data from Chinese biomedical literature database, Chinese knowledge network, Wanfang database, VP full text database, Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Web of Science, from January 2000 to July 2016. Analysis of the literature and data, using the Jadad scale to evaluate the methodological quality of.Review manager 5.3, which included the Meta analysis of the inclusion study. Results: 11 RCTs patients were included in the study, of which 470 were treated in the treatment group and 441 in the control group, and 441 Cases of.Meta analysis showed that the OR value of the combined effect was 4.66,95%CI for [3.00,7.23]. treatment. The curative effect of the group and the control group was statistically different (P0.00001), the treatment group was effective (93.8%) and the control group was effective (76.9%). The comprehensive curative effect of Zhuang medicine line moxibustion on herpes zoster was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion: compared with the traditional therapy, Zhuang medicine line point moxibustion may have the effect of promoting the treatment effect of herpes zoster. At present, the research sample size is small and the methodological quality is low. The efficacy of Zhuang medicine thread moxibustion in the treatment of herpes zoster needs further verification.
