【摘要】：介紹朱良春治療痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎(濁瘀痹)的經(jīng)驗。濁瘀痹阻是濁瘀痹的主要致病因素,泄化濁瘀、調(diào)益脾腎是濁瘀痹的主要治療原則,痛風湯方是濁瘀痹的專病專方。泄化濁瘀法貫穿疾病治療始終,從推陳出新、調(diào)脾益腎、養(yǎng)陰通絡(luò)、化痰通絡(luò)、蠲痹通絡(luò)5個方面進行闡述,同時總結(jié)部分常用經(jīng)驗藥對,如馬齒莧、敗醬草,白術(shù)、薏苡仁,黃芪、莪術(shù),半夏、白芥子等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces Zhu Liangchun's experience in treating gouty arthritis (turbid stasis arthralgia). Turbid stasis obstruction is the main pathogenic factor of turbid stasis arthralgia, releasing turbid blood stasis, regulating spleen and kidney is the main treatment principle of turbid stasis arthralgia, and gout decoction is the special prescription for turbid stasis arthralgia. The method of releasing turbid and removing blood stasis has been used throughout the treatment of the disease. It has been expounded from five aspects: promoting the old, regulating the spleen and tonifying the kidney, nourishing Yin and regulating the collaterals, removing phlegm and clearing the collaterals, and clearing up the collaterals. Astragalus, Rhizoma Curcumae, Pinellia ternata, White Mustard, etc.
