【摘要】：為了探討清熱消炎類藏藥方劑對臨床常見致病菌的抑菌作用,試驗采用瓊脂打孔法研究了15種藏藥對金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸埃希菌、銅綠假單胞菌、沙門氏菌的抑菌效果,通過倍比稀釋法測定部分藥物對敏感菌株的最小抑菌濃度(MIC),并繪制幫間久埃作用36 h的細(xì)菌生長曲線。結(jié)果表明:幫間久埃、仁青芒覺、六味丁香丸、七味紅花殊勝丸對金黃色葡萄球菌均有顯著抑菌作用,幫間久埃對金黃色葡萄球菌的MIC介于6.25~12.5 mg/m L之間,仁青芒覺、六味丁香丸、七味紅花殊勝丸的MIC介于12.5~25 mg/m L之間,但對革蘭氏陰性菌的抑菌作用較弱。說明部分藏藥方劑對耐藥性金黃色葡萄球菌具有明顯的抑菌作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostatic effect of Qingre anti-inflammatory Tibetan medicine prescription on common clinical pathogenic bacteria, the bacteriostatic effect of 15 kinds of Tibetan medicine on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella was studied by Agar perforation method, and the antibacterial effect of 15 kinds of Tibetan medicine against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella were studied. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of some drugs against sensitive strains was determined by double dilution method, and the growth curve of bacteria exposed to the drug for 36 h was plotted. The results showed that Dianjianjiuai, Ren Qingmanxue, Liuwei eugenia pills and Qiwei safflower Shusheng pills had significant bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus. The MIC of Bujianjiuye to Staphylococcus aureus ranged from 6.25 mg/m / L to 12.5 mg/m / L, and the latter was between 6.25 mg/m / L and 12.5 mg/m / L for Staphylococcus aureus, respectively. The MIC of Liuwei eugenia pills and Qiwei safflower Shusheng pills was between 12.5 and 25 mg/m / L, but the bacteriostatic effect on Gram-negative bacteria was weak. It shows that some Tibetan prescriptions have obvious bacteriostatic effect on resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
