【摘要】：目的探討三七化瘀口服液(三七、延胡索)對外傷性股骨干閉合粉碎性骨折高危人群圍術(shù)期的影響。方法將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例患者隨機(jī)均分為治療組和對照組,對照組采用低分子肝素鈣注射液治療,治療組加用三七化瘀口服液,分別于術(shù)前、術(shù)后1、3、7 d檢測觀察2組患者血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)和D二聚體(D-D)水平及藥物不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果術(shù)前,2組患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)后1 d,2組患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平均呈升高趨勢,升高程度相當(dāng),差異無明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)后3 d,2組患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平開始呈下降趨勢,且治療組下降更明顯,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;術(shù)后7 d,2組患者血清中IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平均低于術(shù)前,且治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論三七化瘀口服藥能有效降低高危人群圍術(shù)期IL-6、TNF-α和D-D水平,并可預(yù)防深靜脈血栓形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of 37 Huayu oral liquid (37, corydalis) on the perioperative period of high risk group of traumatic fracture of femoral shaft. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Injection, and the treatment group was treated with 37 Huayu oral liquid, respectively. Before operation, the serum levels of interleukin -6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- a) and D two polymer (D-D) and adverse drug reactions were detected by 1,3,7 d after operation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in serum IL-6, TNF- alpha and D-D levels in the serum of the 2 groups before operation, and 1 d after operation. The levels of IL-6 in the serum of the 2 groups were increased. There was no significant difference in the level of elevation, and the level of IL-6, TNF- A and D-D in the serum of 3 d after operation began to decline, and the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious, and the difference was statistically significant. The serum levels of IL-6, TNF- A and D-D in the 2 groups of patients were lower than those before the operation, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 37 Huayu oral medicine can effectively reduce perioperative IL-6, TNF- and D-D levels and prevent deep vein thrombosis in high-risk population.
