【摘要】：目的:觀察“理氣安神”法對治療原發(fā)性失眠的臨床療效。并與普通針刺處方對比,以期為往后臨床針刺治療本病優(yōu)化篩選腧穴提供相應(yīng)的臨床依據(jù)。方法:將60例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對照組,每組各30例。治療組予“理氣安神”法;對照組予普通針刺處方。2組患者治療3個療程后,觀察療效及PSQI的評分。結(jié)果:1.治療組總有效率為93.33%,而對照組的為80%,2組比較有顯著性差異P0.05)。2.2組治療前后PSQI各單項評分及總分相比,均有顯著性差異(P0.01)。3.治療組治療后,在睡眠質(zhì)量、入睡時間、日間功能障礙上的評分及PSQI總分上較對照組明顯降低(P0.05),而在睡眠的時間、效率及障礙上兩組相比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:“理氣安神”法在改善睡眠質(zhì)量、入睡時間、日間功能障礙及PSQI總分上要優(yōu)于對照組,且臨床療效確切,操作簡單,適合臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of "regulating qi and soothing the mind" in the treatment of primary insomnia. And compared with the common acupuncture prescription, it can provide the corresponding clinical basis for the future clinical acupuncture treatment of this disease to optimize the screening acupoints. Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with "regulating Qi and soothing the mind" and the control group was treated with general acupuncture prescription .2 after 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect and the score of PSQI were observed. The result is 1: 1. The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33 and that of control group was 80. There was significant difference between two groups (P0.05) .2.2 group before and after treatment PSQI scores and total scores were significantly different (P0.01) .3. After treatment, the scores of sleep quality, sleep time, daytime dysfunction and total score of PSQI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in sleep time, efficiency and disorder between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: the method of "regulating Qi and soothing the mind" is superior to the control group in improving sleep quality, sleeping time, daytime dysfunction and total score of PSQI, and the clinical curative effect is accurate, the operation is simple, and it is suitable for clinical popularization.
