【摘要】：馬王堆帛書《脈法》甲本和張家山竹簡《脈法》乙本的出土,使得中國早期醫(yī)家身體觀"寒頭暖足"得以重現(xiàn),但是人們基本上都把這一身體觀用于養(yǎng)生學(xué)的探討中,而忽視了這一思想的來源及其思維特征。文章通過對"寒頭暖足"之提出、思維方式及其應(yīng)用的系統(tǒng)梳理,首次從直覺體悟和取象比類的思維分析了"寒頭暖足"的理論依據(jù),并全面論述了"寒頭暖足"在治療學(xué)、針灸學(xué)、養(yǎng)生學(xué)、民俗學(xué)及現(xiàn)代科學(xué)等方面的運用。
[Abstract]:The excavations of Ma Wang Dui silk book "Mai method" and Zhang Jiashan bamboo slips "Mai method] B" have made the early Chinese doctors' body view "cold head warm foot" reappeared, but people have basically used this body view in the discussion of the science of health preservation. The source of this thought and its thinking characteristics are ignored. In this paper, the author puts forward the idea of "warm feet with cold head", combs the way of thinking and its application systematically, analyzes the theoretical basis of "warm feet with cold head" for the first time from the thinking of intuitionistic understanding and comparison of images, and discusses the therapeutics of "warm feet with cold head". The application of acupuncture and moxibustion, health preservation, folklore and modern science.
