【摘要】：目的:觀察頸部微調(diào)配合針刺療法治療頸性眩暈的臨床療效,探索該方法的優(yōu)越性,為臨床治療頸性眩暈提供更有效、規(guī)范的治療方案。方法:選取符合納入標準的受試對象共60例,根據(jù)完全隨機化原則分為治療組(頸部微調(diào)配合針刺組)和對照組(普通針刺組),各30例。均治療2個療程。治療前后用《頸性眩暈癥狀與功能評估量表》對患者病情進行評估,觀察分析兩組治療前后眩暈、頸肩痛、頭痛癥狀改善狀況及總體療效。結(jié)果:頸部微調(diào)配合針刺組總有效率為96.7%,普通針刺組總有效率為86.7%,差異顯著(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組。兩組治療前后《頸性眩暈癥狀與功能評估量表》總評分及眩暈、頸肩痛、頭痛評分均有顯著差異(P0.05),且治療組較之對照組療效更佳。結(jié)論:頸部微調(diào)配合針刺療法與普通針刺法對頸性眩暈的治療均有療效,但頸部微調(diào)配合針刺療法療效更顯著,且能更快、更好改善眩暈、頸肩痛、頭痛癥狀,便于臨床上推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of neck micro adjustment combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo, explore the superiority of this method and provide more effective and standardized treatment for clinical treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods: 60 subjects were selected according to the standard, and were divided into the treatment group (the neck micro adjustment coordination acupuncture group) and the acupuncture group according to the principle of complete randomization. The control group (ordinary acupuncture group), each of the 30 cases, treated with 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment, the patients were evaluated with the symptom and function assessment scale of cervical vertigo, and the improvement of dizziness, neck and shoulder pain, headache symptoms before and after treatment in two groups and overall effect were observed and analyzed. Results: the total effective rate of the neck micro adjustment combined with acupuncture group was 96.7%, and the common acupuncture group was in the common acupuncture group. The total effective rate was 86.7%, the difference was significant (P0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment of the cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale, the total score and vertigo, neck and shoulder pain and headache score (P0.05), and the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment of halo has curative effect, but the effect of neck fine tune combined with acupuncture is more remarkable, and it can be faster, better to improve vertigo, neck and shoulder pain and headache, so it is easy to use in clinic.
