【摘要】：近年來甲狀腺癌的發(fā)現(xiàn)率明顯升高,甲狀腺癌術(shù)后人群也隨之顯著增多。患者存在諸多西醫(yī)藥無法解決的臨床不適癥狀,臨床治療表明中醫(yī)藥辨證論治在改善甲狀腺癌術(shù)后各種臨床不適癥狀方面優(yōu)勢顯著。經(jīng)過我們多年的臨床觀察,總結(jié)出甲狀腺癌術(shù)后的病因有肝氣郁結(jié)、飲食失調(diào)、手術(shù)損傷、碘及激素治療等,病機(jī)為本虛標(biāo)實(shí),標(biāo)實(shí)以氣郁、痰阻、血瘀、熱毒為主,本虛包括氣血陰陽俱虛。臨床證候主要有風(fēng)熱犯表證、肝火旺盛證、氣郁痰阻證、氣滯血瘀證、氣陰兩虛證、氣血兩虛證、陰陽兩虛證、瘀毒阻滯證等,現(xiàn)將我們的臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)作一總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the detection rate of thyroid cancer has increased significantly, and the number of postoperative thyroid cancer has also increased significantly. There are many clinical symptoms that can not be solved by western medicine. The clinical treatment shows that TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a significant advantage in improving all kinds of clinical discomfort symptoms after operation of thyroid carcinoma. After many years of clinical observation, we concluded that the causes of thyroid cancer after operation are liver qi stagnation, eating disorder, surgical injury, iodine and hormone therapy, etc. The pathogenesis of thyroid cancer is based on deficiency and solid, and the standard solid is qi depression, phlegm obstruction, blood stasis, heat toxin, etc. This deficiency includes deficiency of qi, blood, yin and yang. The clinical syndromes mainly include the syndrome of wind and heat, the syndrome of liver-fire exuberance, the syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction, the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency, the syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood, the syndrome of deficiency of yin and yang, the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and so on.
