【摘要】：目的:分析針灸治療單純性肥胖隨機對照試驗診斷標準使用現(xiàn)狀。方法:計算機檢索符合納入、排除標準的針灸治療單純性肥胖的隨機對照試驗文獻,進行系統(tǒng)歸納和統(tǒng)計分析后采用改良版Jadad量表對采納應用較廣泛診斷標準的文獻進行篩選。結果:在針灸治療單純性肥胖的臨床隨機對照試驗研究中采納1997年全國第五屆肥胖病研究學術會議上制定的診斷標準數(shù)目最多,共95篇,占納入文獻的28.61%;在針灸治療單純性肥胖高質(zhì)量隨機對照試驗文獻中采納1997年全國第五屆肥胖病研究學術會議上制定的診斷標準數(shù)目最多,共15篇,占高質(zhì)量隨機對照試驗文獻的51.72%。結論:1997年全國第五屆肥胖病研究學術會議上制定的診斷標準對針灸治療單純性肥胖的臨床隨機對照試驗可能更具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the current situation of diagnosis criteria in randomized controlled trials of acupuncture and moxibustion for simple obesity. Methods: the literature of randomized controlled trial of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating simple obesity was searched by computer. After systematic induction and statistical analysis, modified Jadad scale was used to screen the literature that adopted more widely used diagnostic criteria. Results: in the clinical randomized controlled trial of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity, 95 diagnostic criteria were adopted at the Fifth National Conference on Obesity Research in 1997. In the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of simple obesity and high quality randomized controlled trial literature, the number of diagnostic criteria formulated at the Fifth National academic Conference on Obesity Research in 1997 was the highest, with 15 articles. It accounted for 51.72% of the literature of high quality randomized controlled trials. Conclusion: the diagnostic criteria formulated at the Fifth National Conference on Obesity Research in 1997 may be more useful for clinical randomized controlled trials in the treatment of simple obesity by acupuncture and moxibustion.
