【摘要】：目的:觀察蓯蓉益腎顆粒輔助常規(guī)療法治療早期糖尿病腎病(DN)患者的臨床效果及對(duì)患者血清炎癥因子的影響。方法:選取2013年1月~2015年12月江蘇省泰興市人民醫(yī)院及南京婦幼保健院收治的90例早期DN患者,根據(jù)入院?jiǎn)坞p號(hào)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各45例,兩組患者均給予胰島素、飲食療法、適量運(yùn)動(dòng)等基礎(chǔ)治療及指導(dǎo)措施,觀察組加用蓯蓉益腎顆粒,療程8周,對(duì)比治療前后兩組臨床效果。結(jié)果:治療后,觀察組患者FPG、2h PG、m ALB、NAG、TG、TC、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:蓯蓉益腎顆粒輔助常規(guī)療法治療早期DN患者能進(jìn)一步改善患者的腎功能,降低患者的炎癥反應(yīng)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Cistanche Yishen granule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN) and the effect of Cistanche Yishen granule on serum inflammatory factors. Methods: from January 2013 to December 2015, 90 patients with early DN were selected from the people's Hospital of Taixing City, Jiangsu Province and Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital. According to the single and even numbers of admission, they were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group (n = 45). The patients in both groups were treated with insulin. Diet therapy, moderate exercise and other basic treatment and guidance measures, observation group plus Cistanche Yishen granule, treatment course of 8 weeks, compared the two groups before and after treatment of clinical effects. Results: after the treatment, the level of IL-6 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Cistanche Yishen granule combined with routine therapy can further improve the renal function and reduce the inflammatory reaction level of the patients with early DN.
