【摘要】：目的:對(duì)調(diào)氣活血湯加減治療氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病痛證,進(jìn)行臨床觀察并評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效。為臨床中醫(yī)中藥治療氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病痛證提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和有效方藥。方法:觀察收集2015年6月至2016年12月黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院婦科門診符合本研究納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的被診斷為氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病痛證的患者80例,運(yùn)用調(diào)氣活血湯加減治療3個(gè)月經(jīng)周期后,觀察患者療前療后VAS評(píng)分、臨床癥狀積分等變化,采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果:患者年齡、病程、病情與療效的關(guān)系:P0.05,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,表示患者的年齡、病程、病情與療效之間存在無顯著差異,本方對(duì)于每個(gè)年齡段、病程長短、病情輕重的患者都具有很好的治療效果。治療前后VAS評(píng)分和臨床癥候積分評(píng)分均P0.05,表明具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,說明調(diào)氣活血湯加減能夠明顯消除氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病痛證患者的疼痛癥狀,亦可明顯改善全身證候。通過藥物治療后,總有效率達(dá)92.5%。結(jié)論:1、通過臨床研究證實(shí)調(diào)氣活血湯止痛效果顯著;2、調(diào)氣活血湯對(duì)氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病痛癥患者全身證候亦有明顯改善;3、調(diào)氣活血湯治療氣滯血瘀型月經(jīng)病復(fù)發(fā)率低,安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Tiaoqi Huoxue decoction in treating menstrual pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. To provide experience and effective prescription for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type menstrual pain syndrome. Methods: from June 2015 to December 2016, 80 patients who were diagnosed as menstrual pain syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in gynecological outpatient department of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were observed and collected. After 3 menstrual cycles were treated with Tiaoqi Huoxue decoction, VAS scores and clinical symptom scores were observed before and after treatment. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. Results: there was no significant difference in age, course of disease, condition and curative effect between the patient and the patient. There was no significant difference in age, course of disease, state of disease and curative effect between the patient and the patient, and there was no significant difference between the patient's age, the course of disease and the curative effect. Patients with severe illness have good therapeutic effects. Before and after treatment, VAS score and clinical symptom score were both P0.05, which indicated that Tiao Qi Huoxue decoction could obviously eliminate the pain symptoms of patients with menstrual pain syndrome of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type, and also improve the whole body syndrome. After drug treatment, the total effective rate was 92.5%. Conclusion: 1. The clinical study showed that Tiao Qi Huoxue Tang had a significant analgesic effect, and that Tiao Qi Huoxue Tang could significantly improve the systemic syndrome of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type menstrual pain, and that Tiao Qi Huoxue decoction had low recurrence rate and high safety in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis menstrual disease.
