基于《甘露四部》探究蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的文獻(xiàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:探究《甘露四部》關(guān)于蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法記載,并通過有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究探尋蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的歷史沿革、闡釋蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的概念、解釋傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的分類及臨床應(yīng)用、揭示其內(nèi)部哲學(xué)思想作為本研究目的。方法:基于《甘露四部》參考有關(guān)蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合歷史研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、宗教研究法、蒙古象征研究法以及蒙古民俗學(xué)、蒙古哲學(xué)研究等多學(xué)科研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地研究蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法。結(jié)果:蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法是蒙醫(yī)學(xué)當(dāng)中的具有特色的一種療法。此療法在以前的文獻(xiàn)當(dāng)中很少有記載,并且主要通過民間口頭流傳的方式傳承。雖然傳統(tǒng)蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法的范疇廣,但是本文主要以探究伊希巴拉珠爾的《甘露四部》中記載的蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法,并結(jié)合了其他學(xué)科知識進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地文獻(xiàn)研究。作為18世紀(jì)著名蒙醫(yī)學(xué)家伊希巴拉珠爾的著作《甘露點(diǎn)滴》中記載了《蒙古治療腦震蕩療法》(蒙古“道木”療法),這是蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法最初的文字記載。所以本文基于《甘露四部》中蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法的記載,并結(jié)合其他多學(xué)科的研究方法,從蒙古傳統(tǒng)文化遺產(chǎn)中把蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法分開來解釋。從蒙醫(yī)角度對傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法作了深刻的研究。其結(jié)果如下:1.蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)文化中“道木”療法的范疇廣,而且在文獻(xiàn)當(dāng)中以《行巫敷》的名稱來體現(xiàn)。本文基于《甘露四部》中傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的記載,并揭示了蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的基本概念。2.通過探尋蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的歷史沿革,歷史發(fā)展分為18世紀(jì)前、18世紀(jì)至20世紀(jì)、20世紀(jì)末至今的三個階段來揭示了歷史沿革。3.蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的分類主要以器具、手法、發(fā)病部位、手法力度等。4.通過多學(xué)科的交叉研究揭示了蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法的文化哲學(xué)思想-蒙古象征學(xué),其中包含數(shù)字象征(奇數(shù)和偶數(shù)象征及常用數(shù)字的象征)、顏色象征(藍(lán)、紅、白、黑、黃等)、方向象征、形狀象征(圓、方、三角形狀等)、“道木”療法的用具象征等,本研究初步地揭示了蒙醫(yī)傳統(tǒng)“道木”療法的理論依據(jù)-哲學(xué)思想。研究結(jié)果更加豐富了蒙醫(yī)“道木”療法的范疇,對以后的理論和臨床具有重要的意義,并且在以后的有關(guān)“道木”療法研究中提供了必不可少的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the history of the traditional "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine, explore the historical evolution of the traditional "Daomu" therapy, and explain the concept of the traditional "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine. The purpose of this study is to explain the classification and clinical application of traditional Daomu therapy and to reveal its internal philosophy. Methods: based on the references to the traditional Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy, the methods of historical research, literature research, religious research, Mongolian symbolism research and Mongolian folklore were used. Mongolian philosophy and other multi-disciplinary studies systematically study the traditional Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy. Results: the traditional "Daomu" therapy of Mongolian medicine is a characteristic therapy in Mongolian medicine. This treatment was rarely documented in previous literature and passed on mainly through oral folk circulation. Although the scope of traditional Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy is wide, this paper mainly discusses the traditional Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy recorded in "four manna" in Ishibararjul, and makes a systematic literature study with the knowledge of other disciplines. As a famous Mongolian medical scientist in the 18th century, the book "Mannu drip" recorded "Mongolian treatment of concussion" (Mongolian "Daomu" therapy), which was the original written record of Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy. Therefore, based on the records of "Daomu" therapy in the Middle Mongolian Medicine and other multidisciplinary research methods, this paper explains the Mongolian medicine "Daomu" therapy separately from the Mongolian traditional cultural heritage. From the point of view of Mongolian medicine, the traditional "Daomu" therapy has been deeply studied. The result is as follows: 1. In the traditional culture of Mongolian medicine, the scope of "Daomu" therapy is wide, and it is embodied by the name of "Witchcraft Application" in the literature. Based on the records of traditional "Daomu" therapy in "four parts of manna", this paper reveals the basic concept of traditional "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine. By exploring the historical evolution of traditional Mongolian medicine, the historical development is divided into three stages from the 18th century to the end of the 20th century to reveal the historical evolution. The classification of traditional "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine is mainly based on apparatus, manipulation, location of disease, intensity of manipulation and so on. The cultural and philosophical ideas of "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine are revealed through a multidisciplinary study, which includes numerical symbols (odd and even symbols and symbols of commonly used numbers), color symbols (blue, red, white, black). Huang et al.), direction symbol, shape symbol (round, square, triangular, etc.), and so on. This study preliminarily reveals the theoretical basis-philosophy thought of traditional "Daomu" therapy in Mongolian medicine. The results of the study enrich the scope of Daomu therapy in Mongolian medicine, and it is of great significance to the theory and clinic in the future, and it provides an essential reference value in the future research on Daomu therapy.
