【摘要】：目的:本課題主要是運(yùn)用推拿手法(點(diǎn)揉法、推法及頸部提拉法)治療椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病,通過(guò)對(duì)于兩組患者癥狀、體征的療效評(píng)分對(duì)比,評(píng)價(jià)推拿手法治療椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病的臨床療效。方法:本課題選取2014年10至2015年10月期間,在長(zhǎng)春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨科住院病人中收治的椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病的患者,將符合椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的72例患者隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為治療組36例和對(duì)照組36例,治療組采用推拿手法主要為點(diǎn)揉法、推法及配合頸部提拉法,療程4周,每日一次。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)的推拿理筋手法,療程同治療組。根據(jù)療效評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分別記錄兩組患者治療前后的癥候評(píng)分結(jié)果,以論證推拿手法治療椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病的臨床效果。結(jié)果:兩組患者經(jīng)過(guò)臨床觀察與統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算分析,兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程等方面沒(méi)有顯著差異具有臨床可比性(P0.05);治療組在達(dá)到臨床痊愈、顯效、有效的時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組(P0.05);且治療組的總有效率為93.3%優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。兩組患者在達(dá)到不同療效判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)所有的時(shí)間使用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異的(P0.05)。結(jié)論:推拿手法治療椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病在臨床上療效確切,理論依據(jù)充分,此種推拿手法在臨床上可進(jìn)行推廣,是治療椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病的一種療效確切的方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: this subject is to use massage manipulation (point rubbing method, pushing method and neck lifting method) to treat cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, and to compare the curative effect score of symptoms and signs of two groups of patients. To evaluate the clinical effect of massage manipulation on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: from October 2014 to October 2015, patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected from orthopaedic department of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. 72 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was treated with the same course of treatment. According to the evaluation criteria of curative effect, the symptom scores of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment to demonstrate the clinical effect of massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Results: after clinical observation and statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in sex, age and course of disease between the two groups (P0.05). The effective time was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P0.05), and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% better than that of the control group, which had statistical significance. Two groups of patients in the different efficacy criteria when all time use statistical difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by massage is effective in clinic and has sufficient theoretical basis. It can be popularized in clinic and is an effective method for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
