【摘要】：目的:探討隔附餅灸對(duì)腸易激綜合征大鼠腦腸互動(dòng)軸的干預(yù)機(jī)理。方法:本實(shí)驗(yàn)參照AL-chaer E D等的方法制備IBS-D大鼠模型,隨機(jī)分成正常組、模型組、隔藥餅灸組和匹維溴銨組,每組8只。采用不同處理方法后,進(jìn)行AWR評(píng)分,檢測(cè)各組結(jié)腸、脊髓和下丘腦的orexin蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:與正常組比較,模型組AWR評(píng)分明顯升高,差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01),與模型組相比,隔藥餅灸組和匹維溴銨組AWR評(píng)分明顯降低,差異存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01);與正常組比較,模型組大鼠的結(jié)腸、下丘腦、脊髓Orexin A陽(yáng)性目標(biāo)總面積和積分光密度表達(dá)均明顯降低,差異存在著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05),與模型組比較,隔藥餅灸組、匹維溴銨組大鼠的結(jié)腸、下丘腦、脊髓Orexin A陽(yáng)性目標(biāo)總面積和積分光密度表達(dá)表達(dá)明顯增強(qiáng),差異存在著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:隔藥餅灸治療IBS的機(jī)理可能是刺激T10-13的神經(jīng)節(jié)段,經(jīng)腦腸互動(dòng)軸調(diào)節(jié)CNS系統(tǒng)、ENS系統(tǒng)增加orexin蛋白的表達(dá),降低內(nèi)臟高敏感而提高大鼠的痛閾。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the interventional mechanism of cake-separated moxibustion on the interactive axis of brain and intestine in irritable bowel syndrome rats. Methods: the IBS-D rat model was established by referring to the method of AL-chaer E D et al. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, moxibustion group and pivemine group, with 8 rats in each group. Awr score was used to detect the expression of orexin protein in colon, spinal cord and hypothalamus. Results: compared with the normal group, the AWR score in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.01). Compared with the model group, the awr score in the moxibustion group and pilevermine group was significantly lower than that in the model group. Compared with the normal group, the total area and integral optical density of the positive target of Orexin A in the colon, hypothalamus and spinal cord in the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P0.05). The total area and integral optical density expression of orexin A in colon, hypothalamus and spinal cord of rats in moxibustion group and piveronium bromide group were significantly increased (P0.05). Conclusion: the mechanism of moxibustion with medicine separated cake in treating IBS may be to stimulate the nerve segment of T10-13, regulate the expression of orexin protein in the CNS system and increase the pain threshold of rats by regulating the expression of orexin protein and decreasing visceral hypersensitivity through the interactive axis of brain and intestine.
