【摘要】：目的：探討尋常型銀屑病患者舌象與臨床表現(xiàn)之間的相關(guān)性,客觀分析中醫(yī)舌象在尋常型銀屑病診斷、治療與轉(zhuǎn)歸中的影響。方法：本研究納入尋常型銀屑病患者116例,分別探討尋常型銀屑病患者的臨床分期、中醫(yī)證型及PASI與中醫(yī)舌色、舌形、苔色、苔質(zhì)的相關(guān)性。數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS17.0軟件分析尋常型銀屑病患者中醫(yī)舌象與臨床表現(xiàn)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果：116例尋常型銀屑病患者臨床分期與舌色、舌形具有相關(guān)性,其中與紅舌、裂紋舌具有顯著相關(guān)性(P0.01)；116例尋常型銀屑病患者中醫(yī)證型與舌色、舌形、苔色具有相關(guān)性,其中與紅舌、瘀點舌、裂紋舌及苔黃具有顯著相關(guān)性(P0.01)；116例尋常型銀屑病患者PASI與舌色、舌形、苔色具有相關(guān)性,其中與紅舌、裂紋舌及苔黃具有顯著相關(guān)性(P0.01)。結(jié)論：尋常型銀屑病患者臨床分期、中醫(yī)證型及PASI與舌象具有相關(guān)性。舌象反映尋常型銀屑病臨床分期及尋常型銀屑病嚴(yán)重程度,判斷臟腑寒熱以及氣血津液盈虧和輸布情況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between tongue picture and clinical manifestation of psoriasis vulgaris, and to analyze objectively the influence of tongue sign of traditional Chinese medicine on diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were included in this study. The clinical stages, TCM syndromes and the correlation between PASI and tongue color, tongue shape, coating color and fur quality of psoriasis vulgaris were investigated. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between TCM tongue picture and clinical manifestation in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Results the clinical stages of 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were correlated with tongue color and tongue shape, among which there was a significant correlation with red tongue, cracked tongue and 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. There was a significant correlation between PASI and red tongue, blood stasis point tongue, cracked tongue and yellow fur in 116 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. There was a significant correlation between PASI and tongue color, tongue shape and coating color, among which there was a significant correlation with red tongue, cracked tongue and fur yellow. Conclusion: the clinical stage, TCM syndromes and PASI of psoriasis vulgaris are correlated with tongue appearance. The tongue picture reflects the clinical stage and severity of psoriasis vulgaris, and judges the cold and heat of viscera, the profit and loss of qi, blood and body fluid, and the distribution of qi and blood body fluid.
