【摘要】：目的:通過對(duì)普濟(jì)消毒飲加味治療鼾癥(火郁咽喉證)臨床療效觀察分析,比較應(yīng)用本方前后患者的中醫(yī)證候積分、AHI、SaO_2值的改善情況,以肯定普濟(jì)消毒飲加味對(duì)于鼾癥(火郁咽喉證)的治療作用,以及治療效果綜合優(yōu)勢。方法:2014年12月一2015年12月就診于長春中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院肺病科門診及療區(qū),明確診斷為阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征患者共60例,將其分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組30例。治療組予普濟(jì)消毒飲加味口服,對(duì)照組予茶堿緩釋片口服,經(jīng)療程10天的治療后,對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果:本研究共收錄OSAHS患者60例,治療組30例中,顯效2例,有效21例,無效7例,總有效率77%,對(duì)照組30例中,有效13例,無效17例,總有效率43.33%,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。治療前兩組觀察指標(biāo),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療后在中醫(yī)癥狀、AHI、SaO_2等方面上,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,P0.05。結(jié)論:普濟(jì)消毒飲加味治療鼾癥(火郁咽喉證)有一定療效,能降低AHI指數(shù)、提高SaO_2,早期應(yīng)用中藥可明顯減少臨床癥狀,控制病情發(fā)展,提高患者生活質(zhì)量,但本次研究時(shí)間較短,未能對(duì)患者進(jìn)行長時(shí)間進(jìn)行辨證施治,無法確定中藥遠(yuǎn)期療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical curative effect of Puji Disinfection decoction (PXY) in treating snoring (fire depression pharynx and larynx syndrome), and compare the improvement of AHIG SAO 2 before and after the application of PJXY in patients with snoring syndrome (Huoliu pharynx and larynx syndrome). In order to confirm the treatment effect of Puji disinfectant drink on snoring (fire depression pharynx and throat syndrome) and the comprehensive advantage of treatment effect. Methods: from December 2014 to December 2015, 60 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) were diagnosed in the clinic and treatment area of Lung Diseases Department, affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine. They were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated with Puji Disinfection decoction and the control group with theophylline sustained-release tablets. After 10 days of treatment, the related data were analyzed and summarized statistically. Results: 60 cases of OSAHS were included in this study. In the treatment group, there were 2 cases of remarkable effect, 21 cases of effective, 7 cases of ineffectiveness, and 7775% of total effective rate. In the control group, 13 cases were effective, 17 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 43.33%. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of AHISAO _ 2 symptoms. Conclusion: Puji disinfectant decoction has certain curative effect on snoring (fire depression, throat syndrome), can reduce AHI index and increase SaOstis. Early application of Chinese herbal medicine can obviously reduce clinical symptoms, control the development of disease, and improve the quality of life of patients. But this research time is short, cannot carry on the long time dialectical treatment to the patient, cannot determine the Chinese medicine long-term curative effect.
